Good afternoon. The story of this store turned out to be quite interesting. The experience gained is more expensive than the 60 rubles that the child and I paid for the disk exchange. I am far from all these games. The child really wanted the Minecraft game. We decided to exchange the SnowRunner disc. Since Dad was working, but it was "urgent", I went with the child. Our exchangeable disk was purchased with a new one. It was placed in the console a maximum of 2 times, i.e. in perfect condition. Yes, the website states that the evaluation is performed by the seller, but it is not known what criteria he is guided by. That is, on the day of the exchange, the minecraft disk we wanted on the site cost 109 rubles. Exchangeable 85. Using simple mathematical calculations, I find out the estimated cost of the disk: 60 - 24 (price difference)- 15 (exchange)= 24 rubles .
And just for a second, we got a good discount from the seller, and for that we had to leave a positive review with a description of how much we liked the store and the seller. It was logical and obvious that it would be easier to just buy a disk and keep two. There is another interesting nuance that the disk was given to us not sealed, i.e. it is impossible to say that we got a new disk for the second one.

Before changing the disk, we looked at the price on the website. The disk that was given away cost more than the disk that was taken. As a result, having arrived for a replacement, an employee of 47p said, they asked why such an amount? the answer was "The disk that you want is more expensive", a screenshot from the website of their price was shown, after that he already said the amount of 15p for the replacement. The disc was slipped completely in English. This is not the first time an employee has tried to "make money" from new people. The first time they changed it, they paid for the replacement of two disks 97p of the difference (they did not check the prices of the disks that they gave and took, they already checked at home and realized that they had divorced). Check the cost of the discs on their website.

I do not recommend this store!
I asked to fix or find out the cause of the malfunction of the playstation 5. Did not respond to the power button.
I talked with the seller and the owner of the store, Yuri. Then they pass it to the master.
As it turned out, the console is beyond repair, as there are no parts. But they did not specifically say which part was broken . They said the repair was in the area of 2000 rubles. But there must be a specific conclusion, right? Is it a processor or a power supply? To which there was no response . They said you need to take a donor and change everything.
Next , they give the console without wires and a joystick and a stand !!! I started to find out , the wires and the joystick were found in some kind of separate package. BUT WITHOUT a network cable!!! To which the seller said that there was no cable . So the cable was not found .
Next, he says to pay 15 rubles . For what? For the diagnosis? Which one raised more questions? ( I didn't find out exactly what was broken ) lost cable , checks were not given , documents were not given ( where is the listing of the set-top box). I hope the insides are in place.
They didn 't apologize for their mistakes . Not responsible people, lost time, money and nerves.
I went to another service , immediately issued a document, checked the package . In another service, they told me, at least they should tell me what went wrong.
