The quality of the product has deteriorated very much ! In particular, Homemade cutlets....previously, they were delicious.made of lumpy meat...They 're white inside ! And now there 's something mixed up in them ! Looks like.what is mixed into the meat of mechanical deboning ! And there are some pinkish-reddish ones inside! And the price for them has increased to 16 rubles 60 kopecks per kg....

But the rest is disappointing: I want to remind the management that the restaurant business is a hospitality industry and first of all you need to be focused on a satisfied guest. So if you provide a service for complex lunches or business lunches, it should be stable, and if the priority is special service, then do it. For 3 weeks, I tried to have lunch at your institution 4 times and, alas, to no avail: 1 time was a sanitary day. 2 times they said that special service was not being fed today, although other guests not from the guests of the special service event dined on the terrace, the dress code was very different. 3 times I will not remember the reason for the refusal. 4 times today, having stopped by for lunch at 13.50, the waiter sarcastically sent back t to no longer feed about what and the sign is hanging, please note the sign without a time frame, just special service, it feels like when the staff is tired they hung up the sign and be healthy ... PS: the head take action and make a clear stable schedule.

A disgusting smell on the whole store of burnt oil from a grill that works without ventilation. Employees and customers are being bullied. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to stop by. The problem has not been solved for many months. This attitude of the administration is not clear. When you come to the store, you just feel sick of the terrible stench of the co-workers, probably all the clothes stank. If it wasn't for my laziness and the store wasn't the closest to home in my life, I wouldn't have gone there anymore. But my laziness is stronger and I have to endure such a smelly attitude towards people!))
