Children run and play - this is of course good, but in my opinion in such establishments where they drink and smoke hookah, it is necessary to divide the zones for visitors with and without children; 2. Due to the advantageous location, there are always a lot of visitors, poor waiters do not have time physically, you have to sit and wait long enough for the menu, and then the order itself; 3. The menu in printed form is not enough even for all the tables one at a time, which is very strange and speaks of the greed or stupidity of the owners, because there are no problems, just print more menus. At the same time, there is an electronic menu through the application, however, it is very poorly developed in terms of optimization (lagging), not intuitive (hard to understand for visitors) + it is impossible to order alcoholic beverages (even cocktails).
P.S. The menu on the Internet (in the same application) has not been true for 3 years, it is completely different as the prices in reality.

Salads sometimes have too much mayonnaise or sauce. But the coffee here is just great. The cafe is always crowded, which indicates its great popularity. The waiters try to pay attention to all the guests, and the administrators help them cope with a heavy workload.You can have a good and cozy time in the cafe, especially on the spacious terrace. The meeting staff is either absent or not very hospitable, it is unclear. We really need an administrator who will meet and seat guests, accept payments, and resolve any issues promptly. The service slows down a bit in everything. They didn't understand how to leave a tip if there are no Belarusian rubles.

A great atmospheric place. Whenever possible, we come here with a child. There is an amazing item on the children's menu-chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes - such a delicious dish is not prepared anywhere else.

If an institution allows itself such a volume of visitors, it is worth thinking about the service. We ordered two soups, two hot ones, two drinks and dessert. The difference in serving was about 30 minutes, the cheesecakes and coffee cooled while waiting for the second soup. At the same time, the tables for two were very small, and a plate of cheesecakes and hot dishes occupied it so much that there was simply nowhere to put the soup, we had to eat the dishes according to serving, and not in order, so that there was simply somewhere to put the next one. There are no complaints about the waiters themselves, rather about the person at the distribution who makes decisions about the order of dishes. If there is one, he needs to be trained, if not, he needs to be hired.
There is also an advertisement on the tables saying "leave a 5* review and get a coffee as a gift." Accordingly, the reviews are hyped, keep in mind.

You can also order delivery from them using the application.
In other cafes, for example, on Suvorov, Lenin or Tolstoy, cooking in the evening is from an hour and boarding is 5 times less.
