I booked two rooms through the island with payment in advance. Upon arrival at the hotel on 09.05, a rather angry and sullen guy at the reception told us that our reservation was not available, all their rooms were occupied and he could not help us in any way.
I turned into an Island. Ostrovok later wrote that he allegedly called the hotel and the hotel said that we had checked in, we did not like the conditions of the hotel and we left. I was shocked by this.
The island eventually returned the money for the reservation. But we did not like such a meeting at the hotel. At least they could meet us more understandingly, calm us down, help us figure it out, and not look at us like homeless people. Plus, I do not know for sure if the reservation did not go through to the hotel or if they wanted to make money on us in this way
