I really like this store, with a huge selection of pet products, with reasonable prices. A wide range of feeds, fillers, beds, clothes, toys, treats. You can buy Everything in this store. You can always place an order online. If something is missing, you can always order from the warehouse. Sellers are always interested in where it will be more convenient to pick up an order. And it's very convenient. There are already 5 stores of this chain in the city. Always friendly, polite, attentive staff. I always get competent and useful advice and recommendations on the product I am interested in. I really like the attitude of sellers to buyers with animals, they are given special attention, dogs are usually treated with a tasty treat.
The store has a department for everything for aquariums. A large assortment of fish, accessories, thermometers, everything for a comfortable existence of fish in the aquarium. There are also various fish feeds.
Budgies are also sold in the same department.

I constantly buy all kinds of jokes for the dog in this zoo (goodies, toys, food, etc.). The store itself has a good and varied selection. When they came with the Shetland Shepherd, the sellers always behaved very nicely and politely, they can treat you to a delicious treat and this is a very pleasant bonus for the dog :D
The prices are small, conditionally pet cleaning bags are several times cheaper than any "Arrows".
I want to say a special thanks for the beautiful rat "Chumka"). After a long selection, they helped me decide on the rat, discussed everything + and -, politely and carefully, also did not impose goods, helped me choose everything necessary for the rat for the first time. This shows the expertise of the staff.
I also want to note that the rats are separated by gender (this is a very important point!) and are kept in much better conditions than in some zoo (they have houses, yummy treats, and ladders).
P.S. : The rat made great friends with the dog, which clearly indicates the attitude of this zoo to animals, because she is very tame and playful (especially when compared with the sad "Nature").
Healthy, weighs 120g, for a rat of her age, that's the thing.

When I asked her to help me, she showed incompetence in knowing the product (it was clear from her eyes that she had no idea what to offer me). And she talked as if I was stupid and she was already tired of everyone with her questions. I wanted to leave the store and not come and buy anything anymore.
The male employee she transferred me to first said they didn't have anything. Then, rummaging through the shelves, he took out several boxes and simply handed them to look at, without explaining or recommending anything.
Although I came specifically with the request: "recommend me."

The disgusting work of the store staff. The delivered product does not match the selected one. They did not deliver part of the goods, but knocked out a receipt and took the money as for the whole product. After the conversation with the manager, there was an unpleasant aftertaste. Instead of solving the problem, the manager began to conflict and shift the blame onto me and the courier. I have used the services of this store many times. He said he would arrive within an hour, arrived in 1 hour 40 minutes, I asked to wait 10 minutes and heard so many complaints about myself that I was shocked. Naturally, she refused the order. The courier's last name is Bertosh, so if you receive a message with that last name, I recommend you be careful. A huge minus is the delivery, I ordered it for the first and last time, the packaging is disgusting, polyethylene and scotch. Therefore, the shampoo came spilled, the feed was filled in, and all the packages with feeds with holes, which, I quote, "are made so that they do not burst during transportation." It's a feed! Which must be hermetically packed! The apogee of all is that you can't get your money for the order in full. Excellent service, keep it up!

The feed must be airtight! Point. If you cannot provide high-quality packaging for the goods you are shipping, do not ship at all! Shampoo-soaked feeds... Why are you poisoning animals?!?
About the money, yes, they returned it, but not the entire amount. Part of the amount, specifically 10%, was spent on some kind of commission. I paid the bill, which was issued to me for the full amount, but alas, no one cares, the money was returned from the card with which the PO is paid...

Later they called back, said that there was no stock and they would call back again on Monday (it was Sunday), they would say whether it was possible to order the goods from the supplier. As a result, I have an order on the site with the status "not completed", as I understand it, the synonym "canceled" and, of course, there was no call.
I would like to wish the business to update the website and indicate which products are there and which are not, so that customers can buy them somewhere else, and not endlessly wait for the response of the supplier, who, perhaps, does not know that he has to supply something

Huge claims to the site / online store. In winter, there was an attempt to order cat food. They called and promised that the order would be ready in a day, by evening. They didn't call back. Two days later, they answered my call that "for some reason they didn't bring it, but we will call you back today and let you know what and how." They didn't call back. On my second call, another girl picked up the phone, who was not aware of the situation at all, and they began to find out everything from the beginning. Bottom line: the feed, which is "available at a discount" on the site, is not available from the supplier at all and will not be. And it took me four days to hear it.
The day before yesterday, there was another attempt to order food for degu. The site is available, they called and confirmed that the order will be ready "tomorrow evening". The next day, after lunch, they called and reported that the supplier who sells them to the supplier does not have food. When asked if there is another food from this line, the answer was: "Place an order for it, then we will find out." I have already issued it just out of principle. Bottom line: they called a couple of hours later and reported that there was no such food either.
If you post products on the site, make sure that you have them! Or write "To order" and tell us what you will order, if the supplier has it, so that people do not waste their time waiting for a couple of days for something that you do not have and will not have at all.
There are no questions about the fact that the store does not have something, it is clear that it is difficult to supply now. The claim is that the store either does not follow the site at all, or tries to deceive customers by promising a non-existent assortment just to attract attention.

TAKE OVER THE PATRONAGE OF THE "MUSEUM OF THE CAT" (on the International), please. This Garfield pet store of the eponymous chain is located in a good, albeit basement room. The entrance to it from Independence Avenue is painted from bottom to top and is an art exhibit in itself (see photo). Here we received an order formed on the Internet for a certain number of cat treats for kittens from the "Cat Museum" (which we decided to help). These delicacies were sold at Garfield at the best prices in the entire center of Minsk, according to the promotion. We received everything in perfect order, quickly and politely (from the staff). p.s. At the same time, the idea arose that the Garfield pet store chain would be nice to cooperate with the Cat Museum (Internatsionalnaya 23), whose cats are waiting for the help of kind people and good, reliable companies. Even a simple mutual informing of visitors to both of these organizations (through visual propaganda or booklets) would have an effect, including to attract new customers and increase sales at Garfield. I suggest you try it. Ps2. The help of all concerned readers of this review is also welcome. Or at least your visit to the Cat Museum. Four-legged fuzzies will be very grateful to you. PS3. The answer to the "official answer": in order to show mercy and help the cats and people from the "Cat Museum", you do not need to contact us. We are guests of Belarus and have no "official" relation to them. We just love animals and people who love them and we believe that it is right to provide all possible help in life.
