We bought treats for the cat. There were no price tags at all on 3 positions . 4. The price tag had to be searched. When asked by the seller to suggest prices and make them, the dissatisfied young lady found a buried price tag and left saying that she was engaged in an online store. The cashier also said it wasn't her job. Look for employees on the floor.. When asked to give a book of comments and suggestions, the head probably came out.. She promised to fix it . The remark that no one is responsible for anything is an approximate answer.WE are ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING ...

We expanded the store . It has become easier to find products. There was a department with aquariums (full-fledged) and a lot of fish. There is a "compartment" with rodents and birds. Due to the fact that food is placed nearby, it is not always clear where the queue ends when there are a lot of people in the evening or on weekends. In general, everything is conveniently located. Prices are not cheap for goods (higher than in other pet stores). But everything is available.

I clarified in Viber whether the order was accepted at all. My message was read and nothing was answered. I duplicated it again in vibe. A little over 3 hours later, the manager called back. The message in Viber was answered closer to 10 pm (I left the request at 15, I wrote the message in Viber closer to 17). All desire to use the services of this store has disappeared at least some day. I ordered it in a different place, got in touch within 5 minutes and the order was delivered the next day.
