The location of the hotel is in the very center of the old town, a five-minute leisurely walk to the meeting point for the tour. In the evening, just walking is a pleasure, there are a dozen restaurants and bars within a radius of a hundred meters, where you can sip a mug of excellent Belarusian beer and go further.
the cuisine at the hotel is varied, the breakfasts suit every taste, the interior is solid, you can not only have breakfast, but also lunch and dinner. I highly recommend salted mushrooms with delicious Belarusian potatoes-try it and you will remember this delicious dish for a long time.

We stayed here for the night, and thank God. I do not recommend the hotel if you want a comfortable stay!
Pros: excellent location, there are 2 elevators, excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, very beautiful stained glass windows between the floors. There is an ironing room, but there is only 1 key at the reception, and if one of the guests took it and did not return it, you will wait a long time until it is found and taken away.
Cons: Very narrow beds. It's cold in the rooms, and there's a lot of wind blowing from the windows. There are 2 shower caps and a bag for hygienic garbage in the bathroom from hygiene kits. Shampoo and gel in one dispenser. There is no conditioner for hair, no toothbrushes, no bathrobes (but these are 3 stars, maybe they shouldn't have been). Watering can in the shower from the torture chamber!!! It pours 3 jets, if you increase the pressure, it can cut you into pieces ... and if you do less pressure, then you will wash under 3 drops until morning!

Nice hotel in the very center of Minsk. I liked that everyone was nearby. Very beautiful stained glass windows, friendly staff. The building is historical, pre-revolutionary. The atmosphere is immediately felt. The room is cozy, good mattresses, I love this kind of decoration. It was a bit chilly, but they immediately gave me a heater, so no problem. We stayed at the hotel from April 1 to April 4. I really liked the hotel. The room is colorful because of the wood trim, the bed is huge!!! The location is gorgeous in the upper town, to the Town Hall, okuda go on excursions for 5 minutes at a leisurely pace, sometimes they depart from krasny. The church is only 10-12 minutes away. All cool restaurants in Belarus are within reach! We arrived about three hours early, didn't check in right away, offered to leave our things and go for a walk. The room itself is not bad, but the bathroom is already tired. We stayed in April 2025. Excellent location, very beautiful building both from the outside and the interiors inside, reminiscent of an Art Nouveau mansion from the 20s of the last century (hall, beautiful staircase with stained glass windows, restaurant where breakfast takes place). It's a good, fairly spacious room, with (almost) no complaints about furniture or plumbing. There were no neighbors to be heard. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and varied! Don't believe negative reviews.
Of the cons: 1) it is worth checking the tightness of the sink faucet, it leaks to the floor and at high water pressure it is quite strong; 2) it would be nice to have shampoo (and ideally balm) for hair in the room, we only had a dispenser labeled shower gel/ shampoo, I did not want to wash my hair; 3) it is a little dusty in the hallway of the room.
None of the disadvantages spoiled the overall positive impression of the hotel.

We had an active vacation in the Republic of Belarus and stayed at this hotel from June 13 to 18, 2024. It was our big mistake: the borscht was so thin that it felt like it was just a saucepan rinsed, well, the meat (it was not in the plate at all), but cabbage, beetroot, potatoes.... There was a feeling that these vegetables are in great short supply. By color, a certain pink substance called borscht ... a meat pan ... 400 g, by the way, the weight of the finished dish is indicated. Well, if together with a frying pan, then yes, 400 grams will be quite enough. Well, the prices were quite restaurant prices. Conclusion: I definitely recommend the hotel, the restaurant is only for breakfast, by the way, we have never seen visitors there either in the evening or in the afternoon, this also says something.

A week earlier they warned that there would be no hot water in the hotel, this did not upset us because we were traveling for one night, arriving we were pleasantly surprised that there was a boller. The rooms have solid furniture,(she reminded me of the Cosmos hotel in Moscow, only it's newer here). There is a kettle, tea, coffee. The breakfasts are gorgeous, it seems like only a little, but everything is so diverse-it's super! These were the pros, but we didn't find any cons. Somehow everything is very modest considering the price, we bought breakfast on the spot once. And we didn't go to it anymore, we ate in a restaurant, for this money you can eat delicious things there, until 11:00 breakfast is also served in almost all restaurants. It is much tastier and more profitable. In general, the buffet was disappointing, it is not worth the money spent. Well, I will not lower the star of the hotel for this. Minuses:
1. The condition of the room (I compare it with Russian chain hotels) is at best threefold: the door handles are loose, the hair dryer should have been thrown out a long time ago, but it continues to work here, plumbing requires maintenance and repair, etc. little things.
2. The hostess girl, in comparison with her Russian counterparts, is absolutely not interested in working and being talked to. She is absolutely parallel to the guests and as a result, she doesn't care if you come yet or not. (she does not willingly answer questions, for example, he asked about the need to exchange the Russian ruble for Belarusian, how the breakfast system and luggage storage work. We were in October, it was cold outside, the room was warm, but not hot - just right. There is a blackout on the windows. I take off the star for the shower. The diameter of the watering can is 3 centimeters maximum. You might as well wash under the tap. This is not a shower, but a mockery. Plus, the hot water is not centralized, but from a tiny boiler. The instructions say that on average there should be enough water for 8 minutes. Then the second person, if you live alone, should wait 20 minutes for heating. How can I wash my face, wash my hair and take a shower in 8 minutes? This is no longer a hotel, but a military base for training soldiers!

A good hotel for your money, with a good location.
We stayed at the Garni hotel for 4 nights. Check-in is standard, at 14.00. The room was given to us on the 2nd floor, it is very convenient to climb on foot, but by the way there is an elevator.
The building is old, the ceiling height is impressive. The room resembles an office, the furniture is solid. There are massive curtains on the windows, pickups with tassels. There is a carpet on the floor.
The bed is big, the mattress seemed hard to me, but I slept well on it. The pillows are just like my request, not big and also comfortable. The bed linen is snow-white.
There is a kettle in it, tea, coffee and sugar are replenished every day. There were 2 bottles of water (0.5) in the room when checking in. Then they were not put on. But there is a cooler in the hallway.

A lovely hotel in the city center. Large, clean rooms, high ceilings, good furniture, comfortable mattresses, clean linen. Friendly staff. They asked in the shower to replace the watering can with a strong pressure, they replaced it with a comfortable one. Thanks
