It's not a bad hotel for two stars. Different room categories. We had two rooms on the 5th floor, both large! one with a double bed, there was soap, shampoo, gel. The other room with two beds (very large beds) no longer had shampoo or gel. The rest is the same. Refrigerator, kettle with mugs and spoons. There are no slippers.
Room cleaning every day. Change of towels, once every 4 days. The location is not bad if by car, not far from the Moscow Ring Road, if on foot there is a bus stop nearby, the metro is a 15-minute walk away. There is a good seven Fridays store nearby. If you need a shopping center, then the Dana Mall is near the metro (there is everything!).

The economy class hotel is located far from the main transport arteries of the city. the proximity to the metro station. To explore the city, it is located quite far from regular transport (20 minutes walk to the metro, shopping center, cafe on a weekend). At the same time, the hotel, thanks to the location, offers guests a quiet rest, we did not feel the noise from the street. The rooms and public areas are clean and comfortable. There are no complaints about the quality of beds, linen, room temperature. The sleep was normal. There are no slippers, no kettle, no food, there is a cooler on the floor. The hotel staff is different, there are polite ladies, there are not so many, there are those who may not book a room, while confirming the reservation in correspondence by mail. There is a road with a barrier leading to the hotel, no one will lift it if you take a taxi, you will have to walk from the barrier to the building.
Everything is strange with plumbing, it seems that the quality is good, but everything is kind of unfinished, abandoned halfway and finished as it should be. In our room, for example, half of the screen in the shower cabin disappeared. The water pressure and temperature are good. Staying at a hotel can be justified by a low price.

A picturesque and comfortable hotel in a very pleasant location. The style of repair is comfortable 90s, while also very clean. Wonderful and attentive staff. The location is excellent, on the one hand there are forests and clean air, on the other hand it is a 10- 15 minute walk to the metro and a huge shopping center. And there is also one of the sights of Minsk nearby - the Library.

+ the rooms are fresh, everything is new and modern in the ROOMS, but the lobby is already a bit old 😅
+ excellent price, especially when compared with other hotels in the city
+ the location is relatively convenient, it will be more convenient for those who drive. It takes 5 minutes by car to the metro and shopping center, 15-20 minutes on foot. I liked the Dana Mall shopping center more than the Gallery shopping center.
+ we lived for 2 days, while after 1 day we cleaned the room (some hotels do not bother with this)
- if you check in on a weekday afternoon, then you will have to park along Podlesnaya Street, since, apparently, many places are occupied by employees. I made this conclusion, since we arrived in the evening after walking and almost all the places at the hotel were free
- it's a strange rule with handing over the room keys when you go somewhere, it's the first time you've met with such a person

A good hotel. Excellent price/quality ratio. Clean, comfortable rooms with modern finishes.
The single room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress. There is also a sofa, coffee table, TV. The bathroom is excellent, everything is clean, tidy, modern. Shower room with rain shower. The room itself is spacious, with a corridor with a separate door (you can close it at night from extraneous noise).
A small disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of breakfast at a local cafe.
There is a supermarket within walking distance, a restaurant nearby. Quiet area, without too much noise.

New furniture, good repair in compliance with the design, that is, the wallpaper is matched to the furniture, the furniture to the lamps, and in the bathroom in general, marble tiles, glasses for toothbrushes, are well combined in a seasoned range. The doors don't make any noise, they don't open themselves. There is an additional door so as not to hear the corridor noises. I especially liked the hard mattress and the warm blanket, I slept very soundly. There are enough sockets for everything. Of the minuses, I note that despite the good, new plumbing, the watering can is clogged with lime and pours where it needs to. I would also like the curtains to be darker - it's light in the morning. And they settled in for a long time, 10-15 minutes, despite the fact that there was no queue, the receptionist typed a lot and smartly, that is, they work quickly, just a lot of bureaucracy. It doesn't matter if the cafe doesn't work. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes on foot, from budget to elite ones. There is a place to walk.

Pros - a huge room (more than 25m2), a hairdryer, a kettle, dishes, a desk, a refrigerator, a coffee table, a sofa for relaxing. Very clean. A good hard mattress, a wide single bed, good cotton bedding. The shower cabin is tiled. Blackout curtains, dead silence. It is ideal for a good sleep and rest. There is a parking lot. Budget compared to other hotels.
Cons: far from the center, there is no shop or cafe nearby. There is no breakfast - the hotel bar with a very limited menu does not work at all. The access system is like in a dorm - there is a guard sitting at the elevator. It is impossible to watch TV - it freezes. If you have taken food, there is nowhere to warm it up.

A wonderful hotel, clean, in a very convenient location, near a forest park, a children's technopark, public transport stops, the Borisovsky Tract metro station. The rooms are modern, clean, cleaned every day, separate collection of plastic. There is a small cafe. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, glasses and mugs in the room. About 6-7 minutes away is the Dana Mall Hypermarket. The staff are polite. The only thing they don't let taxis into the parking lot, which is not very much in the rain when you don't have an umbrella:(In general, I am satisfied. Thanks to all the employees.

Good staff, near a park, a hypermarket, shops, 15 minutes to the metro. Minus there are no breakfasts, the opening hours of the dining room and bar are limited, they do not work on weekends.

The room is clean, there is a large bathroom. The windows of our room overlooked the forest area. Fresh air and silence. In the morning, you can have breakfast in the cafe. The assortment is simple, not to say diverse. One person served, while he also warmed up the food. That's why everything is slow. Unfortunately, the sofa in the room was broken (third place). Instead, they offered a cot, but this option did not suit us. I had to think about how to organize a sleeping place. One of the most popular, it is also the largest Mall in Minsk, is located nearby.

Not an expensive great hotel. We rented an economy room with a family of 4 people. Friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable. Clean bed linen. The room has a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, small set of dishes, bathroom. Downstairs there is a nice inexpensive cafe with delicious food and a shop. There is a Vitalur store within a 10-minute walk, and a large shopping center Dana mall is 20 minutes away.

They lived in July 2023 with their mother and daughter. Our room was on the 5th floor with good repair and air conditioning. The room is equipped with a double bed and a sofa. Clean, the linen is snow-white. We had breakfast at the bar. Very friendly staff of the hotel and bar. The bar has delicious pastries, there are several types of the first and second, a lot of salads. There is a store. But the shop and bar are open only on weekdays. The hotel is located at a distance from the center, but it did not bother us at all. Taxis are no problem and it's nice to walk to the metro. We really liked everything.

A very comfortable hotel. Everything was clean, spacious, the room was very warm and quiet. The bed is sooooo comfortable.
But not without flaws:
- we arrived at night, it was difficult to get in, but everything worked out;
- toilet bowl (installation).. why is it raised so much?
- there is no normal Orthodox watering can in the shower, there is only a stationary overhead shower, in most situations, unfortunately, this is not convenient.
But otherwise everything is fine. Thank you.

Very nice hotel! Cozy (and even somewhere chic) rooms and halls, friendly staff, timely cleaning, low price. There is a cafe and a shop in the building. There is practically nothing to find fault with! And why, if you liked everything? But to complete the picture, two points need to be added: the first is the lack of air conditioning in the room (plus or minus is for whom). I got into a thirty-degree heat and the room was warm to say the least. The second is the relative distance from the center, but it's a fifteen-minute walk to the metro, and there are several stations there - and you're there.
Therefore, definitely: I recommend it!

The hotel is simply magnificent for its money. Yes, there is no food, but this is not a problem - you can walk to the cafe. From the very beginning:
The staff and security at the reception are friendly, they told and showed everything.
The room is clean and beautiful. There is a large bed, comfortable pillows, a sofa, a table. There is a good shower cabin in the bathroom, nothing leaks anywhere, shower gel and shampoo are available.
Also in the room: Kettle, mugs, glasses, plates, etc. Towels are also provided in the bathroom
I couldn't drive in the car, the barrier is closed, no one reacts. But, I was in a taxi - I reached the entrance 100 meters
Smoking only on the street. There are no smoking areas, and it is also not allowed in the room. It doesn't matter to me - I don't smoke. It's probably for the best- there's no smell.
I repeat, there is no power supply. For those who don't care, it's a great option. Food delivery, by the way, works great

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I'm for honesty, I also choose a lot of things from reviews.
Of the advantages of the hotel for us, only the proximity to the MKAD, because we came with a trailer, and we didn't want to spin around the city.
Overall, the room is large, the plumbing and towels are clean.
But, a terrible mattress on the bed, creaky, uncomfortable, the mattress pad rustles + the audibility is strong, on the first night until 23-00 somewhere in other rooms sang "Belovezhskaya Pushcha", and on the second - someone's children were making noise - so they didn't get enough sleep at all.
There is no safe, no tea/coffee, a kettle with a touch
There is parking, but if you arrive from 7-30 to 17, everything will be occupied by Gazprom employees.
I do not recommend cafes in this building at all (entrance from the street). We were at breakfast: cold pancakes, disgusting coffee from the machine, and mayonnaise salads and soups are not in the subject of breakfast at all. There was some more porridge, but we didn't take it. And from 11 to 13 (I can be wrong about the time, but + is some kind of lunch, there is a sign on the door), only Gazprom employees are fed.
We have not been to other hotels in Minsk, there is nothing to compare with, but in comparison with hotels in the regions of the Russian Federation - not a fountain

There were three of us with a child in a standard room. There was a double bed and a folding sofa - there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything in the room is very neat and clean. Friendly staff. There is free parking. Good location near the Independence - MKAD interchange. The first night the neighbors could be heard (apparently they came in late), the second night there was silence. The prices are adequate, plus there was a small discount, because we got on the weekend for a weekend tour.

On weekdays, there is a shop, cafe and bar in the hotel building (they are closed on weekends). The building is divided into 2 parts, one has a hotel, the second part is an office, so there are a lot of cars in the parking lot on weekdays (during business hours), but since we left early and returned late, this did not bother us in any way.
