It's just a disgusting place where you will be deceived, divorced and then they will laugh at you! Upon arrival, I put the gun in the tank, and as usual went to refuel, as a result, they told me that 3 times more fuel was filled than I expected!!! Because gasoline starts coming as soon as you insert the gun! There was not enough money, which I reported! No gas station attendant approached me, although he should have, no one helped and told me about such a stupid payment system!! Deception of the consumer on the face! As a result, I had to pay for this fuel overflow, and listen to the laughs from the cashier! I've never seen a worse gas station! Both the staff and this whole system of deceiving people. Just zero out of 10.

On April 2, 2025, an 80-liter tank was filled with 85 liters, while the remaining fuel in the tank was around 10 liters. I've owned the car for about 15 years, and I've driven 500,000 km. For the first time ever, we were able to fill 85 liters, even when we arrived on a belt without fuel. There is practically nothing that can be solved on this fact. The police were called. But there is nothing to measure and prove on my part. I spent 1.5 hours at the gas station. They spilled through the flask 5 times, each time the column deceived in a big way and not according to the norm, which in their opinion they give when refueling. They said that my tank was hot, that the pump was hot, and that a tanker truck with warm fuel had unloaded in front of me. And in the end, everything was right. The quality of the fuel and the operation of the store are ok, I like the chain itself, but something periodically does not work on this particular one, or it is closed. The ticket office has polite staff, but the gas station attendants. They openly demand tips and mockingly comment on the amount of fuel to refuel. I would be happy to do without such a "service". As a result, I avoid refueling here.

Convenient location, good fuel quality, an active loyalty program, working tankers, refueling first, then payment. Everything is basically convenient. It's just a pity that due to negligent drivers who do not drive away the car after refueling, but continue to shop and drink coffee, sometimes a queue forms. The service is excellent, the staff is ordinary, I won't say anything bad. I fill up the DT, there have never been any quality issues. Usually you don't wait long, but sometimes several trucks will stop by, they can create a traffic jam. The store is like on other stores - there are not many goods, prices are high, but almost everything you may need on the road is there.
Previously, it was still possible to pay for Halva (a big plus), I don't know how it is now.

I refueled for about a year only at Gazpromneft, in 80% of cases it was at this gas station (there is even a card with platinum status).
It was very captivating to be refueled, and you can immediately fill up a full tank with a good discount.
BUT, after the next refueling, a receipt was displayed, they said bad fuel at the service station (the car is sensitive to this), after that I don't go here anymore…
