I went to the salon to buy a Geely EX5 car. This is the second car from this salon. The consultant was Dmitry Lazarchik, a specialist who was prompt and polite. There was no car of the desired color available, but soon Dmitry notified a couple of days later that a car of the desired color had been found. The car was issued on credit and an old car was issued as an advance in a trade-in with a discount of 5,000 rubles, which pleased me and there was also a promotion of 4,000 rubles. prices are melting. A preliminary assessment of the old car was made on the day of the first appeal to Dmitry, but I also had to sign up for a car diagnosis on another day, when it was the nearest time. To apply for a loan, we contacted the neighboring bank, where Belgee is located (we would like to see lending specialists from the Geely showroom itself, which would be more convenient for customers). We were also able to pay for additional equipment (antikor and film) through trade-in, and credited the rest as an initial payment for a new car. All this took about 2 weeks with my work schedule (this is taking into account the removal of the old car from the register in the traffic police, the diagnosis of the old car, the conclusion of a loan agreement) and the new car turned out to be with me. I also issued a hard hat at the Geely showroom and temporary insurance, too, a specialist contacted me in advance and prepared the documents, all that remained was to come sign and pay. Many thanks to Dmitry Lazarchik, he was always in touch, promptly responded and explained all the nuances of buying a car.

We bought a car in this salon! Manager Kashkan Vadim, made this process as comfortable as possible! To begin with, we caught exactly the color and equipment that we needed (for this the car was transported from Mayakovsky), then we provided maximum consulting support on gasoline and leasing! After the end of the working day, he met with us in the parking lot and realized that the contract needed to be redone on his own initiative, returned to the office and redid everything! I bought a car here, and I also do repairs here. I make an appointment for scheduled maintenance in advance, about a week or more in advance, at a time convenient for me. If there are unplanned problems, then the solution is stretched: it will take a week from the call to the diagnostic visit, then until the spare parts arrive (not quickly, as for me, a few weeks usually), and after the spare parts arrive, at least another week before the actual repair. The staff is polite. If the managers are busy, they call back. Representatives of banks and insurance companies are present.
