Thank you for at least not getting more money for replacing this bolt. Of course, no one provided the bolt that needed to be provided, although it would not hurt whose mistake it was, but okay. The second time I drove in with the appearance of strange sounds in the area of the front wheel, there was a suspicion of the same hub. the master examined the car, did not understand anything in fact, because of what the sound was coming from. The option to drive along the road and listen did not give anything, they took money for diagnostics, but they did not find the problem, in addition they made a list of what needs to be changed, they were surprised that some spare parts did not go through the factory. Thank you for filling the oil in the box. As a result, the problem was in the simplest place - the brake pads and the caliper.

I applied to the service station for suspension diagnostics, a strong hum was heard, they looked at it, said everything was fine. I went to another service station the next day, as a result, 2 bearings for replacement, 1 backlash is present, the second one generally crumbled into dust. Plus, they immediately said that the caliper should be done, there is a problem with it (I knew about this problem), they never said that at this service station. There is only one name from the diagnosis. We looked at the suspension several times before, said everything was fine, and only when I arrived myself, it turned out that the ball was in poor condition.
Before that, the director said that my rear springs had burst, I came to change them, they turned out to be completely intact, and nothing changed after the replacement. The director immediately began to deny, as if he did not say that the springs had burst and there was only advice to change. He says it was necessary to make a diagnosis first, so why didn't the master look before shooting and say that they were not burst???
They said they would look at the chain and indicated the price, I agreed and signed up, as a result, the director said that this work is not worth such money and we will not do it, the question is so why do you name such a price, I began to deny that it was not their fault.
As a result, the suspension diagnosis was done poorly.
On the recommendation to change the springs, because they BURST, because they did not say such a thing
They can say that they will do something, and when you arrive, we will not do it.
