One of the best hostels I have ever visited

It's like being in a basement
There is one window under the ceiling, the rooms have an unpleasant smell and are stuffy.
Residents with oddities .
The light is on only at the reception, you walk around with a flashlight inside, they save money.
There is nothing nearby, no pharmacies, no supermarkets, just a store on the street corner .
There are no locker cells either .
In the evening, a showdown between the administrators and the owner or tenants, swearing is heard.
The floor is cold, tiles, only in warm slippers.
Admins can run into a room and yell at residents, ask strange questions, and so on.

Great hostel, 3500 a day, clean , spacious, free WiFi, great shower, cool renovation. The best hostel I've ever been to.
