We have always flown through the geography of travel. But this time I'm very disappointed. We flew on a honeymoon with my husband to Sri Lanka, chose a beautiful, modern Agnus Unawatuna hotel with good reviews. Naturally, this is a honeymoon and we wanted everything to be romantic, we paid extra for a room with an ocean view. But in fact, when we settled in, we could see only a small piece of the ocean and from the second window we could see the jungle, which we did not need at all, but to avoid various living creatures on the balcony. The manager did not help with this situation in any way, she only said go to the reception and try to change the room. At the reception, we were told that the tour operator had to specify which room and with what specific view we wanted, and since the hotel is small, there are no rooms available with a view only of the ocean. As it turned out later, the month of November is not yet the season, because it rains very often, when we planned a vacation we were not going to stay at the hotel, but it so happened that after 16.00 it rained steadily there. And since it's not the season, naturally, fruit prices were quite high. Plus, we poisoned ourselves with food at the hotel, called a doctor, and the rest day was lost, as it was very bad. Of course, the hotel apologized and treated us to dinner, but no one will return the rest day to us. Although, as the tour operator claimed, the hotel is very cool.
The hotel would have been really good if it hadn't been for the stale food and room situation.
I recommend flying to this country on your own without agencies, renting a villa, renting a bike and having 100% fun, and of course going in the season when there is minimal rain and fruit season.

I was vacationing with my granddaughter in Georgia. Elena picked up the tour, then she left the company and I was handed over to Daria (I don't know my last names). I chose Georgia consciously, and it was Kobuleti, because I was already there by bus. This time I decided to fly. When choosing a tour, I asked that the hotel be closer to the center. But she missed. Elena claimed that it was close, but here I blame only myself, I was thrown a card with a dot..and I miscalculated. But the LOVE AP hotel is not bad for a family holiday, and the price is not sky-high. Moreover, the hotel has its own excellent restaurant with excellent cuisine (except fish:just fried, but delicious). Breakfasts were included, the choice was small, but there was plenty to eat. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, towels were changed 5 times in 11 days. The TV, air conditioning, and refrigerator were in the room. You can wash your clothes for free.
Upon arrival, we were not met on time... They were picked up from the hotel early ...
all the nuances were explained by a group transfer. But no one offered an individual one. Daria said that if she had led me from the beginning of the tour, everything would have been different. The answers to the plane registration questions were received only because I asked them myself. In general, if I didn't know the nuances of a vacation in Georgia, I don't know if I would have been able to have a good rest.
