I have been using this agency for three years now.. When Elena talks about hotels, it feels like she has visited them herself. But considering that many hotels are considered when selecting tours, sometimes you even have to choose from several resorts, it is probably physically impossible to visit them all... Well done!!! Professionals in their field!!!!
