I am 45 years old, I am from Russia. Stayed for three nights from November 10-13, 2018.
Advantages: Price. The location is 5 minutes from the metro. The room and bed linen are often cleaned. Round-the-clock operation of the reception. There is a cafe nearby where you can eat for 17-10$
Disadvantages: Very small pillows. It is impossible to sit on the lower tier of the bed, there is a very small distance between the upper and lower tiers of the bed, a person cannot sit down. There is no table or chairs. Heating is only air-conditioned. That is, when it is turned on, it dries the air, there is nothing to breathe, and when it is turned off it is cold. It is impossible to sleep during the night rain, the rain is drumming on the part of the air conditioner protruding outside the window. There is a construction site on the back of the hotel, i.e. there is also noise during the day. The area is very African American, not pleasant and scary.
In general: It is intended only for overnight stays not during the rain. When it rains, you can't sleep.

The price, the room, the service are good, but breakfast compared to Europe is "completely sucks", however, as in most hotels on the east coast of the United States.
