The HyperZoo online store gives you the opportunity to buy products for animals at the most affordable prices compared to others. I used to buy at other sites, now I almost always buy from them. This is one of the pick-up shops (when it's a day off and you live outside the city, then this is the way out if you want to order through an online store). There was a friendly employee in this store, we stood and talked about cats, learned something useful for ourselves.

Nice cozy pet store. The prices are adequate, the sellers are adequate, the service is adequate. The choice of goods is gorgeous, as in large hyper. Feeds from various manufacturers (RB, RF, EU) for cats, dogs, rodents, fish and exotic animals. Fillers for trays of several brands. I definitely recommend it!

I was waiting for an order more than promised, I picked it up in a hurry, as I was leaving the city. As a result, it turned out that they gave out the wrong type of food that I ordered - they needed it in sauce, they gave it in jelly (which the cat does not eat at all). Bought, if anything, 3 boxes of 12 spiders. I saw the error, called and it started: - support says the store is to blame - the store says that everything is clear and that they are not interested in what is in the online store. - support says again that the store is to blame. He promises to sort it out and call back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes have already stretched over 2 days. In general, I will not order anymore and I do not recommend it to others. And if you do order, be sure to check the completeness of the product, then it will be too late

Больше там ничего не буду заказывать! И вам не советую! Пока дождетесь, кот с голода помрет) Цены в сравнении чуть ниже, но, то товара нет в наличии-подождите, то веса такого нет, так главное, я ждала, 3 дня! Соглашалась на позже, а потом мне пообещали привезти и не привезли, и даже не перезвонили. Сервис равен нулю. Даже по телефону 10 минут не могли понять, что и где мой заказ. Магазину давала 2 шанса.
