Disgusting delivery!!!! Hippo, are you out of your mind at all?! I ordered delivery for today from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. time. The order was delivered only at 14:00! I can't reach them, the phone is disconnected, there are no warnings about the delay, no apologies, no explanations. But the money was blocked, and wait 3 years, they will bring it or not. They did not put the product that is significant to me, although I indicated a requirement to call me back if there is no product!!! Now it's like I have to run somewhere else to buy more. Not really, dear ones. I will write as many complaints about you as I can to get you started working normally! I really hope you will have a worthy competitor, otherwise, as monopolists here, I see, generally put on people, and on service, and on humanity.

About Hippo delivery. I used it twice. If the first time was only brought later and there was no position, the money was immediately returned to the card, called, informed, then the second time is something. I made an order at 11.00 for the delivery time of 12.30-13.00, naturally, planning my day. Firstly, the order arrived at the beginning of the fifth. Secondly, silence... I barely found the delivery number. On the site where the order is online, there is feedback, at first I wrote there when the order will be, no response, no greetings. I called Hippo directly, they already gave me the delivery number. There is no online connection with them on the Internet. The telegram channel is just informational. They began to look for an order in the delivery at the auction, it turned out that there was no position that could be replaced with a similar one, so I understand that my order, which was supposed to arrive before one o'clock, was not even collected at three o'clock. No one called or informed. I don't know what they think about the delivery and what they were waiting for, especially with 100% prepayment. It was only after my call that the order was collected and delivered an hour and a half later. The difference in money has still not been returned, the amount is small, I don't even want to figure it out anymore. It is a pity that there is no other delivery to our area. There is no desire to use it anymore. I am silent about the assortment and prices, obviously not the best in Gomel
