Good afternoon. I was very unhappy with visiting the hippo store in Gomel! One of the favorite shops in the capital. Sellers in the hall do not know how to communicate (I want to note that in order to find out if the product exists, I searched for the seller for 10 minutes. And after I found out that the consultant has no idea about the existence of this product in principle), they also have no idea what is on the shelves of their store. The products are not in the departments. I searched for sesame seeds for half an hour. Arugula, apparently, is in short supply. On January 6, the day before the holiday, half of the staff at the checkout is working. There is a queue for half a store. 👎

Today, 02/15/12, I observed the following picture: boiled beetroot packaged in frozen form, it is written on the package to store from + 2, the same situation in the meat department, trays with petrukha frozen everything, about two weeks ago. Why is the administration not responding to this in any way? Another situation, a layered croissant with condensed milk feels like a potato, although this department said that it was baked recently, I think it's not difficult for people to understand whether the product is fresh or at least yesterday's repackaged. I would recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the expiration dates and storage conditions of the goods. To any question or comment in the departments, everyone says I'm not responsible for this. Cashiers are rude (not all of them, but there are). The situation that happened today was given change, one of the coins was half rotten and black, the cashier flatly refused to exchange for a normal one and brazenly began to ignore my requests and in the meantime began to serve another customer. For me, this is abnormal and unacceptable. Among the advantages: if the pastries are fresh, then they are delicious; Sometimes good promotions, especially in perfect fit cat bags and much more.
