07.06.2022 through the site gippo-market.by I made an order. 08.06.2022 at 09.26 I received a message about its readiness for delivery from 18.30 to 19.00. Since it is impossible to plan a visit to the order pick-up point to the minute per day, at 19.22 I received a call from the order pick-up point, in which I notified the employee that I would be in the next 5-10 minutes and would definitely pick up my order. Upon arrival at the PVZ at Goretsky 2, there was no one at the workplace. After repeated attempts to find an employee, including with the help of employees near the lying department and the information center, it was not possible. After visiting and making purchases in the trading floor, I made another attempt to pick up the order I had made, which was also unsuccessful! After that, I left the mall around 08.20 pm. At 21.05, I received a repeated call from the PVZ in which I notified the employee about the incident. Based on the above, I believe that the order I made should have the status "Not issued to the buyer!", and not "Buyer's refusal". I also consider it advisable that during the absence of an employee from the workplace in the PVZ, it is necessary to leave information about the phone number or other means of communication to search for this employee.
