How I hate the self-service ticket offices here. The slowest in the city, a lot of mistakes, you can't just take and quickly break through several positions. I do not know which clown came up with the idea of searching for goods by barcode in the sections, but this is not idiotic. Such things should be intuitive, and not jump through tabs and waste time. What to say about word search. And the button for calling the so-called assistant does not work either, look for him or wait for him to return to his workplace.
