I recently visited the Hippo grocery store and was very pleased. They have a huge selection of products, you can always find fresh vegetables and fruits that are pleasing in quality. The range is well thought out, there is everything you need — from food to household items.
The staff is professional and friendly, always ready to help if you have any questions. The queues at the checkout are moving fast, which is always nice. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and convenient navigation in the store — it is immediately clear that they take care of customers here.
The store really leaves only positive impressions, and I can confidently recommend it.

The HIPPO hypermarket is definitely a place where you can find everything you need. From food to household chemicals. We are particularly pleased with the wide selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as meat and fish products. Prices, of course, vary, but if you keep a close eye on promotions and discounts, you can save a lot.
The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, although sometimes there are queues at the ticket offices, especially during rush hours. In general, "HIPPO" leaves a positive impression, although not without minor drawbacks. Its convenient location, wide range of products and relatively reasonable prices make it an attractive place to shop.

Once again, when faced with rudeness, I just couldn't stand it anymore. I went into the reviews and was blown away. Please give the cashiers a briefing on how to communicate with customers. Apparently, as soon as they hear a polite attitude, they think they can sit on your neck and stand scolding you like a teenager for the whole store. Then you allegedly named the wrong cigarette company, but they have already punched them, then you don't know their tastes by heart, etc. Adult women, but respect for people is 0. I'm sure they shout loudest about what kind of finished youth they are now ... The most adequate work in the meat department. All. God knows what to say about the products. You leave the store with such a sediment that you don't care if there's something you wanted or not.

You can't go into the store with a dog either in your arms or in a carrier, what kind of nonsense is this? The area is full of residents with dogs, and it is always convenient to go to the store while walking. Such a policy is not at all clear, what difference does it make whether a child is in his arms or a dog?
The queues are kilometers long. It is better to forget about ordering delivery from this store altogether, otherwise you will only wait half a day for confirmation.
One of the advantages is the quality of the product and the cleanliness in the store.

This is not the first time she has said "wait" and is busy laying out the meat. This is not an urgent matter, when a customer arrives, you need to put everything aside and serve him. I will monitor the situation, if nothing changes, I will take everything on video and send it to my superiors.

The cashiers are terrible at the checkout, it's not the first time I've encountered rudeness, at the self-service checkout I also constantly complain, as I see some cashiers, I immediately become in another queue, more expensive for myself. Maybe the administration will already arrange a meeting with the staff, it feels like everyone should bow to their feet and kiss their hands.
Well, there are huge queues every day, both in the morning and in the evening. I go to this store only because there is no choice, there are only small shops nearby about nothing.... I'm really looking forward to the opening of the aviamole and never set foot here again.
