Initially, they honestly outlined their plans in the future to do everything on their own, that they only need to rebuild everything, show us everything, everything was fine with everyone
When it came to the first order, no one reported about it, questions about the algorithm of actions during shipment were not answered, they were sent to the Wildbury library. It's trivial that they didn't give any comment in advance so that we could prepare it.
The general impression is that GlobalSales do exactly their functions and not a word more, customer orientation tends to zero, there is no proactivity (at least based on the fact that they have experience, but we as a client do not).
As a result, at the most important moment, nerves and no support.

We have been working with Global Sales for six months now. We sell electrical products for Ozone. We came to the first meeting with an idea - we want to sell for ozone. The rest was done by the staff of the GP. Calculation of the economy, establishment of an office and cards, shooting of our goods, promotion. We are very satisfied. I like the professional approach of the company, how the processes are built and the attitude towards customers. We are always ready to support and find a solution to any issue. Including with fulfillment. The employee went on vacation, there was no one to ship the goods. Global Sales offered shipment from its warehouse, and now we have a safety net so as not to lose profits on weekends and vacation periods. Thank you!
