I came to the club right after the opening and stayed here, because I fell in love with everything. Firstly, he is a super professional coach who leads different directions at the highest level. Her classes are always interesting and the complexes are always new, unlike other fitness clubs where the same programs are repeated for weeks. Therefore, new muscle groups are constantly being worked out in Gofit. Secondly, the duration of the lesson is about an hour and the coach always completes the entire complex, regardless of the time, which indicates a customer-oriented approach. Thirdly, it is the constant monitoring by the coach of the correctness of the exercises, which minimizes the negative consequences of incorrect performance. Fourthly, it is the cleanliness of the hall and equipment, which is very important for me as a squeamish person. Fifth, it is a friendly atmosphere and an opportunity for communication, as the training process is not limited to a mechanical process only. Sixth, there is the variety of destinations offered. Everyone can choose either dynamic directions or more peaceful ones. As well as a cozy and comfortable lounge and loyal reasonable prices. I recommend Gofit if you value your time and are focused on keeping fit and getting the results you want.
