It is clean, but there are no air conditioners, drainage in the shower is not provided by the project, there are no breakfasts, the location is on the 4th floor. Rather, according to the concept, this is a hostel with a price claim for a hotel - for this money you can find a cheaper option, including a full breakfast buffet.

Great location, spacious apartments, nice staff at the reception. Cons: the rooms are dilapidated, a lot of things do not work (the refrigerator almost does not cool, the faucet in the kitchen splashes, because there is no diffuser, the washing machine does not work, some of the switches by the bed do not work, the TV dangles and unscrews from the hanging attachment), there was a dirty kitchen with stuck vegetable peelings! I think that these are serious disadvantages for apartments for 220 rubles per day (May 2023). They also promised to clean the room, but no one came, otherwise, it's not critical for us. The manager should better monitor the condition of the rooms and the work of the staff.

In fact, this is a hostel (which is located in an apartment building) with claims to a mini-hotel. Parking is shared with other residents of the house, but there were no problems with places. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge. For 1-2 nights, it's best to stay here, but no more. I fell under my requests because the center is 15-20 minutes on foot, near the Fortress and the railway museum and amusement park.

A small, cozy hotel in a quiet place and with a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the fortress, 10 minutes to the Soviet one, right in front of a good amusement park and an excellent dining room in the Dynamo Ski Resort (tasty, varied and priced 3-4 times cheaper than on the Soviet one). There are mosquito nets and blackout curtains on the windows, very cozy beds - both mattresses and blankets - here you do not just sleep, but enjoy sleep. And of course I would like to mention the administrators, especially Renata - extremely sincere and welcoming, she told me very well where you can see in Brest and where to go in the vicinity.

A good budget hotel. One problem is the lack of Wi-Fi in the room. We stopped by for 3 days, the network was necessary. The administrator called the wizard, promised to fix it, but, obviously, without modifying the equipment, the problem could not be solved. Good location, normal rooms (we had a room for two people and for 4). The only thing is that of course there is no ventilation and a normal drain in the bathrooms (not to mention audibility).
