There is too much fat — when frying, the oil shoots like a cannon, and as a result, the fat melts away, and almost nothing remains of the meat.
And also, please make the trout steaks a little thicker! It would be much more convenient to cook. I hope the manufacturer will pay attention to the quality of their products.
