We visited the hotel in October, there are not many people, the hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, the bartenders and waiters are polite, they work quickly and neatly. The location is very good, close to the center of Kemer, there is a place to go for a walk. On Wednesday, great live music, the guys are doing well, the repertoire is chosen for all guests (of any nation), the Russians are lighting up as always. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day, there is a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar. We really liked it, we will definitely come back again.

We had a vacation with our daughter in September 2024. We were very satisfied with the rest. The hotel is not bad, not 5 stars of course, but the first line, a gorgeous view of the sea! I got a room with a sea view- it's generally a blessing ... the sun rises, the sun sets - a gorgeous sight. The kitchen is great! Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, sweets - everything is very tasty!😋 I can't say much about the bar, we are not fans of alcohol, but we tried a couple of cocktails and didn't like it. 🤪 The staff is polite and helpful. There are 50% Russians and 50% from neighboring countries. Mostly pensioners😄... the hotel is almost in the center, shops are just around the corner, and a walk in the evening through the center of Kemer is super 👍🏻 our vacation was a success, so I would still return to this hotel!

They cleaned every day, changed the linen, towels too. There is a table, chairs, and a dryer on the balcony. When we went on an excursion, we asked the reception for a lunch box for the morning on the road-we prepared it without any problems, towels for the beach at the reception are given as a deposit, as in principle everywhere.The air conditioner in the room was working properly, by the way, it shows about 3 Russian channels on TV-they watched mostly Russia 24, a trifle, but it's nice, I would like the Internet faster, but, as they say, there is. The hotel itself is not new, but very cozy. 4 floors with an elevator. In the basement there is a hammam, sauna, gym, swimming pool, showers. There are canopies on the beach, not umbrellas, so you didn't have to catch the elusive shadow. The beds are almost without an interval, but that's why she's a four. But everything is in the shade. The sea is the purest. The beach is pebbly, but there were no coral slippers- the entrance to the sea is on comfortable floorings with non-slip mats. I want to come back here again. By the way, you can buy a lot from merchants for Russian rubles. Including juice and ice cream. It is also possible to pay using a QR code from advanced sellers (pharmacies, for example), or by phone transfer to some apparently Russian card (excursions, for example)

The hotel is pleasant and clean. The service is super. The beach is almost at the doorstep, well maintained, with its own sun loungers. The culinary variety and taste of the dishes are on top! Positive: good breakfasts, lunches, dinners, they are fed "to the slaughter", despite the buffet you still get a whole huge plate of goodies. A huge variety of food: pickles, grill / grill, fruits, greens, cakes. In general, you will not be able to lose weight, do not even dream of Beer, cognac (high–quality, drank a lot, did not have a headache), whiskey from 10 a.m., cocktails in the evening; there is no need to buy anything from food. This is a huge plus. Kind waiters. The hotel is two steps from the sea. There is a pier – you can jump into the sea or go down the stairs (for a comfortable immersion in the water, because there are large pebbles on the beach). Cool pool. Cleaning of rooms once a day (limited to changing towels, did not notice a change of sheets for 9 nights; maybe vacuumed). You can ask to change the room, which we did on the first day. Some waiters and bartenders know +- Russian, which makes your stay much more comfortable. The air conditioner worked fine, although they read about non-working ones in the reviews and were very worried when choosing a hotel.
We visited the massage center. I thank Alika for the wonderful mix massage during the entire 5-day course, which added more buzz to my vacation. I thank the Sultan for his hospitality and kind attitude. I thank my girlfriend who brought me to this salon. I also had a foam cleansing massage with peeling — it's also cool — I recommend it too, at least once to cleanse the skin.
Minuses. Numbers are a roulette wheel. They say the 2nd time you come, they give you a bottle of wine and a room with a sea view. But when the 1st time is kapets. The first room is on the 4th floor, a large window leads to the passage inside the hotel. The light in the room is like in Papa Carlo's closet. The hot water on this floor is not running well. The number was changed. Now the view was better of the neighboring hotel, you could even see the sea. But the noise from powerful compressors does not let you sleep, it makes noise from morning to evening. Somehow, with earplugs, I was able to fall asleep. But there was more light, the water goes well. Beach: 3 rows of sun beds, and then there is the sea — little space. But some visitors swim in the pool, occupying sun beds in the morning, which divides vacationers into two groups and reduces the excitement on the beach for sun beds. Weak Wi-Fi, I bought Internet roaming for more comfort.
In general, we are glad to have a rest, we can return.

I had a rest here in July 2023. I liked everything! The hotel is quiet, without discos and noise after 22.00. Meals for 5+, there is a swimming pool, 50m to the sea. The beach is small and pebbly. The purest sea. The contingent is almost non-Russian. Cleaning is constant, there are no complaints about the staff. The WiFi is weak. After 3* with frenzied crowds in the canteen, this is a wonderful find!

The food is organized in such a way that it doesn't matter when you come back - you won't stay hungry) The cuisine is excellent, sweet - you have to try everything) The sea is clear, pebbles, pier.
A calm atmosphere for self-sufficient people - discos were not satisfied. But there was a general broadcast of football - by the sea on the terrace, and drinks are also brought from the bar)

The rooms are already old, of course, but cozy, the beds are huge. We had a view of the mountains (and the road), but the view was amazing, I highly recommend it, no one made noise at night, did not interfere with sleep.

The only thing that spoiled the impression was the agent of Anex Tour (in the first photo).
A rare liar and a barker - promised an all-inclusive yacht trip, in fact - all according to coupons, which are not enough for an hour out of eight - I want to drink, and for water, beer, wine - 2 for 0.33, the rest for a lot of money. Don't believe a liar!!!

We arrived at night - we were fed, we left early in the morning - we were given breakfast, a trifle, but it's nice, not all hotels have this. The beach is Galichny, of course it is too small, but there is enough space. There is a pier with additional deck chairs, you can swim from it, but the deck chairs are paid - $ 5 per person per day, we bought it, it's better there than on the beach.
There are shops, cafes, tour agencies near the hotel, we took excursions at a travel agency, because the supervising guide turned out to be more expensive. The rooms are good, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle are available.
We liked everything, if we go to Kemer, then only to this hotel.

Tourists are mainly from Germany, they come (especially in autumn) for a long time and not for the first time, so they have already "booked" rooms with the "sea view" so beloved by tourists. But the rooms oriented towards the shore also have a significant drawback: downstairs, next to the pool, there is an area for smokers and beer drinkers, and they sit quietly chatting well after midnight. The beach is basically normal, only on the boards that the pier is lined with colonies of very aggressive microorganisms that cause burns and skin allergies. There is a warning about this at the entrance to the pier, but the text is small and barely noticeable. The spa has good massage therapists, so you can plan a course of therapeutic massage. Clean enough, the temperature is on a weak "4"

The food is of standard 4* quality – better than 3*, but worse than 5* – it is quite possible to eat, there is some choice, there are good watermelons and melons. The location is excellent – near a private beach and a local landmark – bazaar street. There are many Russians and not only among the vacationers. The free Internet does not work well, you need to pay ~ $ 10 extra per week to have a normal Internet connection. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

Minuses:
1. Arrived at the Golden Lotus Hotel on Saturday, June 15, 2024. They put us in room 333. This is a small room without a balcony, the light source (except electricity) is the only window overlooking the courtyard of the hotel (or rather, the walk-through balcony, which is regularly used by guests and hotel staff). They kept this window curtained. There is nowhere to dry things in the room - but there is a small folding wall dryer right on this balcony - i.e. you have to dry your underwear right on the shared balcony. But the air conditioner in room 333 was working fine.
2. 10 minutes after check-in on Saturday, June 15, we asked the reception to move us to a room with a balcony. Answer: come on Monday, June 17th - we will move you to room 312.
3. On Monday, June 17th, we were moved to room 312 with a balcony facing directly onto Denise Street. It turned out that the sound insulation in the room was terrible. The sounds from the street keep us awake until 4:00 in the morning. We haven't slept properly for 4 nights. The fact is that Turkish residents really like to drive along this street at night in their cars with powerful speakers installed and listen to various slotting musical compositions at full power.
4. In room 312, the air conditioner rattles and cools very poorly. And in medium and low mode, it does not create air movement at all.
5. In room 312, the water from the bathtub does not go well - apparently there is a blockage.
6. On Friday, June 21, 2024, we asked the reception to move us to a room in which it will be quiet and the air conditioner will work normally. Answer: come tomorrow, June 22, 2024 and we will try to relocate you, but in the meantime we will repair the air conditioner. I'm waiting for repairs - while it rattles just as much and also cools slightly.
7. Some little things: In room 312, the refrigerator door does not close well - you need to make an effort to open and close. It is broken (crushed :)) the table top of the table by the mirror is visible with the eyes, but the table is still holding up.
8. From the good: the food at the hotel, although quite monotonous and occasionally heavily peppered, is quite high-quality - you can choose what to eat. The bar is in good standing. Room cleaning too.

Nice hotel 🏨
Clean rooms, good food, fast and well-mannered staff.
Of the cons: we were given a room with a cut-off bathroom: in fact, it's not a bathtub, but a large basin, and we needed a bathtub.
There are still very small rooms, you can't separate in two, and if you have two more suitcases, backpacks and hand luggage that need to be placed somewhere, then that's it, you live like in a pantry.
The hotel is located next to the clubs, so in the season music is playing until late at night, you need to get used to it, it causes discomfort at first, especially with a child.

It was 5-6 years ago. Then the service was good, a wide variety of food. Grilled fish was cooked deliciously and not only. The room was nice, with a partial view of the sea. The room was well cleaned. The first line, the beach is good, the water is clean. Solid 4 no more. I paid 25,000 rubles for 6 nights, all inclusive. The location is good, near the center, there is an ATM. I don't know how it is now, but it was good then.

A chic hotel for those who want peace and relaxation, which pleases most of all, they do not impose any shows, events, you relax for yourself or enjoy with your favorite views, nature and good service. The kitchen is delicious, always a variety of dishes, friendly staff☺️ the room was with a gorgeous view of the mountains 🏔️ the room was cleaned every other day. The beach is clean and 😍 special thanks for the gorgeous sweets, cakes are just space 🚀 we couldn't get enough of them. There are no discos and loud music, yes, that was what we needed, we are very happy 👌 also, the hotel has gorgeous baths and a swimming pool and the cherry on the cake is a divine massage 💆♀️ so our vacation was for all 5 ⭐️
I wish the hotel prosperity and more guests , we will definitely come back here again

A lot of Europeans. Silence after 23:00. The location is ideal, the center is 5 minutes on foot,the beach is 1 minute.The waiters are rustling well. There is a promenade where you can walk along the sea.The Internet is free, but weak, and there are 4 Russian channels on TV. The hotel is a solid four.
