Many thanks to the Blue Bird travel agency for the magnificent 2025 Venice Carnival tour, lots of impressions, reasonable prices, light program.We saw a variety of excursions-the guides are great.Temples and museums are a separate topic. Five outlets/I'm generally silent.The hotels are wonderful, but do not book any more without an elevator.It is not easy to climb to the 4th floor with Chumadans (there were two arrivals).But this is a small thing with good breakfasts and Denis/ accompanying guide.Very, very like from all sides.Erudite, responsive, our DAD, for the whole trip.Thanks to the organizer of the wonderful ride, the drivers are the most wonderful professionals.Girls, just with you next time.I knew you were the best, and I wasn't disappointed.- it pleases.

We were with my husband on a bus trip "European Adventure" (10 days). I would like to express my deep gratitude to the agency for the trip. Starting with the visa, everything was organized at a decent level. The visa was received 4 days after the documents were submitted. The trip is organized without overlaps and failures. The bus is provided with the possibility of recharging on the go. Special thanks to Irina, the accompanying guide. When visiting 6 countries, each city had complete information about the city, where to eat, where good shops are and what to bring from this country with points on the map. This information made it much easier to spend free time in each city and allowed more time to visit the sights of each country. With a group of 54 people, Irina did not lose anyone and the bus never left the city or the hotel later than the scheduled time. Check-in at the hotels was organized very quickly and accurately. The breakfasts were decent. Personally, my husband and I were left with the impression that the whole group was satisfied. We really enjoyed the trip, though, wait a minute. we are under 60 years old. I highly recommend this agency and in particular the guide Irina. Thank you very much.

We have returned from the "Unique Italy" tour and we would like to express our gratitude to the operator for a well-organized tour, guides, Natalia accompanying us, reliable drivers, and visa support.
To be honest, the tour hadn't even started yet, and already there were people in the band who were determined to be negative. And they were looking for him everywhere.
I want to write as objectively as possible:
1) a whole system was organized for our rapid passage of the border (and I want to draw your attention without additional charges!). We went there by train, where a bus was already waiting for us, which quickly took us to the border. We were traveling on spring break, so even 13 hours in line, taking into account the long passage of the Polish border, the X-ray seemed to me an adequate time. Our bus took us back to the bus, which had taken a queue in advance, and we were sixth, not fortieth, like those who arrived after us. It took 6 hours to cross the border back. But there were people on the bus who didn't understand what the border was, and they thought we should have crossed it, no matter the holidays and the long queues!
2) The tour takes place on comfortable Euroclass buses. Initially, we were given a new, unbroken Volvo bus, but after the first tour there were problems with it, so the bus was replaced with a Mercedes. Is this a mistake on the part of the operator? No! This is the road! And anything can happen. Mercedes drivers are professionals! Very pleasant! On the bus, the seats even moved to the side!
In a previous review, a girl from our group wrote about seats with their backs to the road. Indeed, in the second half of the bus there were 4 seats located opposite each other (rather for the family). So, people were offered compensation for the inconvenience in the form of a free tour and they did not refuse. On the bus, the issue seemed resolved, but now I read in the review that it turns out not to be.…
The tours are amazing! We visited a lot of cities, we could have done even more, but the group was not interested. Shopping and free time were more important to many, many wanted to save money and were afraid to spend even 5 euros on a trip to Vienna! But believe me, emotions are more important!
The hotels were all very good for transit travelers. It was warm everywhere. Only in Rimini there was no hot water for 1 day, but that was only because the hotel was not ready for the start of the season. On the second day, all the bugs were fixed.
I recommend the tour and the Blue Bird 100%. The prices for tours are excellent, the quality of services is decent!
The concern for us tourists was felt. I dream of going with you again!
