I went on a Spanish Classics Plus tour with the Blue Bird tour operator. What can I say. The tour itself was great, there were no problems during the trip with transport, hotels, excursions, or timing. Special thanks to the accompanying Denis for life hacks, clear guidance, and help. At the height! The transit hotels were clean, without broken furniture, not a luxury, but it was comfortable to spend the night. I was particularly inspired by the hotel in Italy in a historic building. On vacation, the hotel is simple, but with decent food and 3 minutes to the sea. The excursions were held according to the schedule, the guides told us interestingly, they drove to the main places and had free time for self-inspection. Initially, I was ready for additional payments on the tour, so it was not a surprise. It is necessary to read the terms carefully. (headphones can be discarded and idle standing next to the guide). In general, there are no complaints about the trip itself. Everything is on the level, everything is decent.
BUT there are very, very big questions for the office staff of this agency. It's just years and nerves torn out. I needed a visa for the tour, I asked for a Spanish one. They wrote it down to the Greeks, but that's okay. A week before the submission, they urgently asked me to fill out a questionnaire, which was done, but there was no answer to my questions about what documents were needed. Only after calling all these phones could I get a list of documents for the day!!! before submitting (they referred that everything is on the site, but the lists are not complete and not correct). Also during the day, I found out that the insurance had to be opened for other dates (fortunately, I already opened it a little in advance). The epic did not end there. When they came to the office for the visa documents, they charged the amount for the preparation of documents (which for some reason they forgot to remind) and sent it to the VC. In which it suddenly turned out that the supply was through the VIP lounge, the price was multiplied by 2. I did not have such money in cash or on the card. I had to stand in front of the cash register and ask my family to send money to my family. It would not be difficult for me to pay for the submission to the VIP lounge, although it is of no use, but not when you are confronted with the fact when submitting and there are a lot of people waiting for your turn....
After receiving a visa, I came to pay in cash at the office and waited 40 minutes for me to make an additional agreement and they will give you a check (managers were constantly distracted, the equipment didn't really work, they were doing other things)

After a year of my trip to Italy in August 2023, I want to write words of gratitude to the Blue Bird for a wonderful vacation and indescribable impressions.
Last year, upon my return, I was just happy and did not write a review, but this year, I went to Italy and Greece with another tour operator (and was completely disappointed) I decided to fill this gap.
Minsk - Graz - Venice - Rimini route (sea holidays)- San Marino-Olomouc - Minsk was thought out to the smallest detail + we had a wonderful Natalia who accompanied us, told us everything along the way and at the place of rest and made our vacation comfortable and organized.
Tourists along the route were fed (hot meals), received all the necessary information on timing, traffic situation, check-in at hotels, shops in a timely manner. Where / what / how to buy / where it is more profitable - Natalia told us all this.
A special plus was the organization of additional excursions - Natalia clearly told us what kind of excursions there are, what awaits us, did not pour water and did not mislead.
I also want to note that we had excellent drivers who knew the route (did not get lost). And they didn't tell us every day about the required bus standstill time - everything was organized clearly and on time.
Unfortunately, this year I did not turn to the Blue Bird, because I did not find a suitable route for my vacation dates, which I regret now.

The story will be long, with all the nuances. We went on the Spanish Classics tour and it all started with the fact that we were not given full information about the cost of the visa, we found out about it already about 2 weeks before applying.
Since we are from Brest, they promised to register us at the visa application center in Brest. And as a result, in a few days they call us and say that they have signed up for Minsk and the price for the cost of a visa has increased.
Okay, we took the earliest tickets in Minsk in order to make an appointment for a visa.
I was told that my appointment was for the morning, and for my friend, after lunch.
As a result, when my time came, I was not allowed into the visa center, because there is no record of me, they say, call your travel agent and decide with them.
To which the agency replied to me, we signed you up, tell them that everything is fine, and so I was chased 4 times. Without receiving any results, I tearfully begged someone from the agency to come and find out why I was not on the visa lists. And at the same time, I advised my friend to go find out if she was on the lists.
As a result, it turned out that her appointment was in the morning, and she was already late for it (although she was told the filing time by 3 p.m.). And here we are at 2 in a strange city, I'm not on the list, she's late, and we don't understand what to do...
As a result, the manager came to sort it out, and as it turned out, yes indeed, I am not on the visa list ...
As a result, I was offered the option to sign me up the next morning. And it turns out that you need to rent some kind of hotel in Minsk, cancel the return ticket to Brest, and lose another working day. A great start to the tour.
The tour has started, it doesn't matter at all. Firstly, we found out that our route was changed the day before departure, just in the tour chat. No one warned me in advance, I and many tourists had meetings planned in transit cities, but in the end, everything flew by..
The bus is not designed for long journeys, there is absolutely no room for legs! Especially on the left row, which turned out to have less legroom than the right one. Specifically for me, my knees rested on the seat when I was just sitting straight.
I understand that this is a bus tour, but not so much that there is no legroom at all!
There was a plus that we arrived at the border, immediately to the barrier, the bus without tourists defended this queue. And since we quickly crossed the border, it was time to stop in Krakow. But after the GUIDE FORGOT the tourists without the Internet in an unfamiliar city, even though we immediately reported it, no one waited a minute for them. When the bus started to protest how it was possible to leave without tourists, the guide, who was in Krakow, abruptly switched to a rude form of communication, and scolded us as if at a parent-teacher meeting. We're moving on. Graz, the guided tour was 50 minutes, and 50 minutes of free time to walk around the city. As if there is not enough time for the city, which is indicated as mandatory.
Then the question of the hotel. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning in Italy, checked in around 2, and then they tell us you have to check out at 9 a.m., and wait somewhere on the street for breakfast, which is at 10, and then wait again on the street for departure at 11 a.m. Many tourists were just in shock at that moment, someone was crying...
For the first time I hear that the eviction was at 9 am. We had a girl who speaks Italian fluently and she clarified the reason for the eviction at 9, to which the hostess told her that she did not tell the guide that it was necessary to check out at such a time.
As a result, as it turned out, it was just our guide, who did not understand in Italian what the hostess of the hotel told her. And she lifted us all tired at the crack of dawn.
The escort immediately switched to shouting, put pressure on tourists, simply confronted them with the fact, without explaining the reason for the changes. It will be like that, and that's all, she doesn't care about the rest.
As soon as we got on the bus, the showdown began on the microphone, and every time, it was hell. We just wanted to relax, not listen to these screams.
As for Venice, as I wrote above. We agreed with our guide that we would be there for exactly 4 hours, since we are not going to other cities.
And in the end, when we arrived at Venice, we found out that we were given only 2 hours to Venice, Natalia said that there was nothing to do there for so long. Although only yesterday we agreed on something else. As a result, we managed to get at least another hour, but with great difficulty.
Well, if some kind of force majeure happened, well, you can approach the tourists, explain normally what happened, normally humanly. And not just to say it in front of the fact already in front of Venice. Well, we're all human, we can all understand. But this is very strange!
The escort simply brought the tourists to the emotions. It seems to me that, on the contrary, she should somehow calm people down if there is some kind of force majeure, but she seemed to be only egging on.
Be prepared to pay 3 euros for headphones in each city, for EACH excursion.
Moving on, Monaco. We handed over 10 euros to Monaco for arrival in the city, about 45 people passed, most of the people just wanted to walk there, the rest paid for an additional tour.
And in the morning, a couple of kilometers before Monaco, we are told that either you pay another 10 euros for the tour, or we are not going to Monaco. Also without explaining the reasons for this decision.
We're moving on. In Paris, the bus was 1.5 hours late. All this time we were waiting near the Senna River, and we were wildly frozen, it was raining and windy, many people caught a cold on the bus after that.
In Berlin, the tour was at 11 a.m. After 15 hours on the bus, we did not go to rest at the hotel, but on an excursion where nothing was visible at night, it was even elementary not to go to a store or cafe and take something to eat after a whole day on the bus. Who does that? As a result, only about 1 night of excursions ended, and we still have to drive 100 km to the hotel.
I'm already silent about the rooms in some hotels where there was no hot water and blankets.
This tour company was recommended to me by a friend, and a gorilla that everything was fine with them, but she also had a different guide, and the route was not changed. Apparently We were the ones who were so unlucky.
So be prepared that there may be such a thing.

I bought the tour in advance when I could choose among many companies and tours to Spain. My daughter and I had a visa. I chose this tour because of the hotel, as I was in it in 2023, and it suited me in many positions. But this year everything has changed. The hotel was promised both when choosing a tour and paperwork, and a week before the departure of Chekin Blanes. Instead, they settled in Esplendid. No one in the office commented on anything. They said there are no places in Chekin. When we were walking, we approached the hotel. There were places in Chekin, repairs were made. The Esplendid Hotel has 400 rooms (100 rooms per floor) The hotel is used AS A SUMMER RECREATION CAMP FOR CHILDREN to accommodate teenagers from 12 to 17 years old. We were accommodated in twos, children in 4. There are crowds of children and teenagers in the hotel. They are shouting, shouting, making noise. There are crowds of them! There are no seats by the pool. Children run, swear, scream. There are discos until 24:00, the music is loud, fly all the songs are shouting in chorus. Since we were already stuck in traffic jams and lost 2 hours of free time in Paris, we refused. The air conditioner was fixed only in Blancas. In Venice, the tour became paid, although it is included in the package for all companies and this one also used to be included, the Berlin tour was replaced from a pedestrian in 2023 to a bus in 2024. The bus couldn't get to the sights because of the football championship. We drove around for an hour, People were nervous and upset. To which we were told that the guide was good and unlucky with the date of the visit to Berlin. Many tourists were outraged. To settle the conflict, the escort let everyone off the bus and gave them an hour of free time. Moreover, she warned that during this time we should take a walk, have lunch and visit the toilet.

I would like to receive high-quality services, and the fulfillment of the promised.
But most of all, communication with the employees of the travel agency was unpleasant. The girl Vasilina, when I was able to get through, said that the breakdown of the air conditioner was not a problem, even when I explained to her that according to the law on international transportation, the temperature should be comfortable, and according to labor law, drivers do not have the right to drive a bus if the temperature in the cabin is above 28 degrees, as this affects their health and may cause an accident. Instagram also asked why my Instagram reviews were removed and I was blocked, I replied that Instagram is not an official page, and they do not want me to see their offers and comment on the quality of services.

I paid for the tour like everyone else! Why should I sleep on a cot?! room 2 is a local, there is not enough space. even the suitcase was difficult to put down.
Back on the tour, a tourist was traveling with us who, upon arrival at the hotel, put out the things of the girl she was supposed to live with and locked herself in the room alone. As a result, one more person without a normal stay. We tried to get the girl who was exposed and me to be put in the same room together. BUT the reaction was zero. As a result, everything was resolved on the third day of the stay with the help of another tourist, who helped me and the girl to buy a room for two.! The escorts did not make contact. The spouse above me at the end of the trip had bruises on his knees from the seat. The fact that the seats were substituted was not even hidden, the driver even showed a document where the number of these seats was approved. Then we faced a problem in Krakow, two tourists were forgotten along the route on an excursion, and even when we boarded the bus and informed the attendant about it, she did not stop. And on the contrary, the guide hired in this city began to speak loudly to the whole bus that we had set up a kindergarten. Of the things marked along the entire route, the escort counted the tourists on the bus only once, and did not once ask if everything was in place, usually the tourists themselves did it when they realized that the escort was not doing this. There is a separate topic about accompanying Natalia, a person who is completely incompetent, does not try to smooth out conflicts, but on the contrary ignites them, every time someone contradicted her, she began practically shouting into the microphone for the whole bus. The cherry on the cake at the very end of the trip, when a couple of people specifically told her that they were going to sue, she announced to the whole bus that she had a certain list of patients who did not behave quite correctly when checking into the hotel and the tour company was going to merge them into the embassy so that people would have problems with opening a visa in the future (funny and not convenient, how could such a thing be invented?) by the way, why did they change the route, people who applied for a tour with a visa were granted a Greek visa (which could cause questions in Germany). During the entire tour, the company never tried to get in touch with tourists and smooth out the situation. I do not recommend the Blue Bird tour company. If you want to test your nerves and train your resistance to conflict situations, you are welcome.

We signed a contract, paid for it, took vacations for these dates, we sit and wait, in general. At the end of August, a girl called (it turns out in 2-3 weeks), said that we would not get to the embassy. Well, what can we do, let's move to the next bus, on September 30 - no additional agreement for postponement, we did not conclude anything, only by phone.
And on September 18, we already start to get nervous, call - as if there is very little left before departure, but there is no call, no message from the travel agency, nothing. On the 18th, nothing is known yet, they say, they are waiting for an answer from the embassy. I called on September 19 - and it turns out that we are not going anywhere anymore, they say, the person at the embassy is on vacation (what is this supposed to mean?). It's good that I came to their office and promptly returned the money (the travel agent with whom I signed the contract was not in place - fortunately, other girls in the office found the contract, filled out the documents for a refund - only thanks to their actions I put a star, otherwise I would not want to leave anything here at all).

It is sad that the main hotel chosen by the travel agency to stay for 6 days (!) in Rimini, namely the REALE hotel, is simply terrible! If you organize a vacation at sea, then the conditions for tourists should be the same. Someone was more lucky and the rooms had beautiful views and large balconies, which is important in the heat of 32-34 degrees (despite the fact that air conditioners in the rooms are paid - 3 euros per day!) We were unlucky and the room had a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel and no balcony. From the word at all! And even to the railway, on which trains travel around the clock (!) with a terrifying roar. You will especially feel it at night. To be honest, I haven't had a single night when I could get enough sleep! And this is my vacation, this is my vacation! Which I was deprived of! And why, among the thousands of beautiful hotels on the Rimini coast, did the travel agency choose this particular hotel, the question, I suppose, is rhetorical? To what extent do you have to hate your customers, tourists, to offer them such a disgusting hotel!? By the way, there were questions about nutrition - 65 euros for dinners at the hotel is not the money they cost! A lot of food, yes, but without variety and not always tasty! So it's up to you to relax or not with the Blue Bird travel agency! But I don't recommend this company to you. Otherwise, there is a danger of getting a spoiled vacation!

We booked the Legendary Paris tour for the beginning of June back in March. We are waiting for them to call and invite us to apply for a visa, we are waiting for April, we are waiting for the beginning of May. We understand that there is already less than a month left before the trip, and there is no call from the agency. We call ourselves, and in the end they tell us that it won't be late. It would be all right, we live in a time when there are big problems with visas. But there is one big THING that, in principle, outrages me: back in April, my friends also wanted to go on such a tour, and contacted this agency, but they were told that France does not give visas for this trip for the whole summer. That is, in April, the agency already knew that there would be no trip. A huge question for managers: why not call tourists who have planned their vacation in advance and are counting on this trip?! And if we hadn't called ourselves, would we have found out about the cancellation when?!
We were ready to go on some other tour on these dates, but the managers couldn't offer anything because our vacation was less than a month away. We offered a trip a week later than our vacation, they say, then we will have time to open a visa...
And I also want to draw attention to the fact that the managers themselves did not offer a replacement, I asked them if they could offer something and waited a few days for an answer, and they directed me from one manager to another.
That's how we ended up without a vacation this year. Therefore, think very carefully before planning trips with this company.

The hotel in the Czech Republic is good, but the food is terrible, the hotel in Italy was terrible and cold after 10 pm the hot water was turned off. Buongiorno! We went with a friend on the tour "Ciao, Italy" from 13.11 to 20.11 2022. We were very impressed, especially with Italy! Even despite 2 overnight transfers and some inconveniences (such as a cold room in an Italian hotel).
For the cost of the tour that we paid, it turned out to be a very good vacation!
There were no problems with applying for a visa, everything was timely and clear! As a result, after a three-year break in visas, we were granted a visa for six months (although not everyone was so lucky).
Thanks to Denis, who accompanied us on the tour, everything was thought out, he answered all the questions, he clearly pronounced all the points. Everything was clear and there were no problems with the organization.
Thanks to the guides in every city! Everyone tried to make it interesting for us, told us about local peculiarities, where to eat cheaper and what to see on our own!
I especially liked the evening tour of Florence, at the end there was just a gorgeous view of the city!
And a boat trip along the canals of Venice!
The dream of seeing Italy has come true! We advise everyone who loves such an active and budget vacation, is not afraid of night trips and long walks! Everything is justified by the beauty of ancient cities and numerous impressions!

Many thanks to the Tour operator Blue Bird. They helped me save more than 2000 euros by ruining my vacation. If you need money, contact the Blue Bird. I can't say for sure, but I assume that it was their employee who messed up the hotel's armor and the embassy refused a visa to a large number of people from the group.
This is just a guess.
The money for the transfer and the consular fee has been spent - to no avail.

The first thing that alerted me when I signed up for the tour (autobuch tour Berlin-Paris-Amsterdam-Prague). To sign up for the tour, we called the office, we were told that we should sign up ourselves through the website. When they were interested in the status of paperwork for departure (they wrote to them in Viber), the messages simply did not open and were not read.
And today we waited for a call from them, where they told us that your tour was CANCELED! And not only for us, but for the whole group!
They told us that we have signed a contract with you and can reschedule you for other dates. But again, there is no guarantee that that tour will take place.

We went on an Italian vacation tour at the beginning of August 2022.This is TERRIBLE!!!!All excursions are in a hurry, if you read the free time after the tour, you should understand this time = 30 minutes!! To the toilet or to buy food for the road!!The hotel in Italy is Realti -terrible, rooms are small, without a balcony, you can't put a suitcase or put it, it is located in some kind of ghetto and there is absolutely nothing there except Indians who trade there, although life is boiling 3 km in one direction and the other. In addition, money was stolen from our escort's SAFE!!! And this issue has not been resolved in any way, although the keys for the safe are given at the reception, air conditioning is paid in the rooms, generally everywhere, there are surcharges everywhere!! The company decided to make money even on seats on buses that were not redeemed and sell them for 20 euros if you want to sit alone, although previously we were told that there were only 4 seats left!! Back at the end of May, I submitted an application for an excursion tour Italian holidays NEW with departure 04.09.2022! All this time, I have repeatedly called the managers, they assured me that everything is fine, visa support will be provided, they will contact me in August when they will form a group for an interview. Then in July, this tour disappeared from the travel agency's website, leaving a similar one for tourists with visas. I naturally got worried, called back, they assured me that everything was fine and the tour was canceled because they recruited people for all dates. Well ok. Then, in early August, another manager calls (they called for the first time) and asks if I still want to go or have changed my mind. I confirm that I want to, they tell me – OK, only the embassy is tense right now and 6-8 people from each group are not being interviewed. I took this into consideration and started preparing a backup option. And as it turned out – for good reason – on the 10th I got another call and was told that the embassy refused the WHOLE GROUP, and they are very sorry. I had to search and book other options in a hurry because vacation is coming and I can't shift it. I have a strong impression that
1. The travel agency simply submitted the documents too late and accordingly flew out of the interview.
2. They don't really care about their reputation.
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting the blue bird.

The buses are old, the TVs don't work, the seats are additionally welded. 60 people each sit without turning around, all the way for hours. The drivers are inexperienced, they use the navigator, sometimes going back. On the way back, we ran into a foreign car, stood for 2 hours, dealing with the police. The hotels are 3 stars, the managers say to our claims: "what do you want- we don't have stars", you can guess about the quality of accommodation and food. That is, the tour operator saves on our vacation, the quality of which leaves much to be desired!
