Under the strict guidance of dir. Budkova S.V. and the head. The College of Transport has become indicative of Zakharenko S. V.'s economy. Complete insanity, san. knots, floors are cleaned disgustingly without cleaning products, there are cobwebs and spiders on the walls and ceilings. Students (volunteers) who have committed a mistake work on snow removal, painting fences. Objectionable people who try to tell the truth about violations of legislative regulations and presidential decrees at the college simply survive, are completely deprived of bonuses, write false denunciations, make unreasonable reprimands, forge documents. The college grounds are used for parking private vehicles. An inspection from the regional department of education recognized such work as high-quality. But the Sanitary Inspection and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection did not agree with their conclusions.
