The network is not bad. I often buy something there. The staff varies from store to store. For example, in Russia the staff is wonderful, but at the Sovetskaya hotel the staff is greasy. They allow themselves to gossip about customers and their purchases. Although I didn't do anything supernatural: I just went, looked closely, chose, bought clothes for myself and a T-shirt for a relative, she didn't like it - I returned the T-shirt. A lot of glancing, showing off. Ugh. I think if they allow themselves to be a greyhound, then they allow it. I will not go to this particular store anymore.

A great store, good prices, a large selection of goods, pleasant staff will tell you everything and show you. convenient location, near parking and other shops. I recommend 100%

They do not know how and, apparently, do not want to learn how to work and interact with customers correctly.
Sellers are different: from polite to redneck. The management is not responding. At the moment - summer 2023 - I do not recommend visiting this chain of stores
