The service is terrible. The staff does not know how to communicate with customers. After the first order, it discourages the desire to buy. In place of the institution's management, I would review the composition of the staff or, at least, it would be good for the guys to have a preventive conversation "how to behave like an adult, not a 15-year-old teenager"
