Very good location, facilities and organization of the client's reception. But I didn't see that it was an economy class hairdresser. That's why I was upset when I saw the master. The appearance and service of the master shocked me. My mood soured, I didn't get the image I was thinking about. I was booked in three weeks, so I regarded the administrator's work as a "joke" on a client who came from another city.
I have once again seen how much depends on a specialist in the workplace.
