They came to the barbershop for a men's haircut (the boy is 13 years old) with a request: short on the sides, leave long hair on top, showed an example: a photo of a haircut. One craftswoman said that she did not know how to cut such a haircut, asked to contact another male master, to which the master said that the boy's hair was not formed?! for such a haircut, the third craftswoman gave the phrase that her car's battery was dead. So we left, after waiting a good 40 minutes for this.
I would also like to draw the management's attention to the customer orientation of the barbershop – it leaves much to be desired.
Before this incident, they had their hair cut all the time at another barbershop (also a City of Beauty) there were no questions, they cut what we asked for and very well.

Even one star is too much for this barbershop!
Absolutely everything is wrong with her: from service, customer orientation and ending with the quality of work.
No one has confirmed the entry to the "master"! That's right, why?!
On the day of recording, I called this barbershop myself (not a beauty salon, no, but a barbershop! Before the beauty salon, they grow and grow more!) to confirm the entry. The girl picked it up, I told her the date, time and service for which I was booked and asked if everything was right, in response I heard: "so what"? Like "so what?", and the fact that records need to be confirmed a day at least if you generally value your customers and want them to come back to you!
I won't be back for sure. This was the first and last visit to this barbershop!
And yes, make a remark to your staff: to the cleaner, who was discussing the client who came out of the toilet for the whole barbershop! You know, it was unpleasant to hear the details of how hard it was for her to clean the toilet after the client!
Is beauty available to everyone? Apparently, you have absolutely no idea about "beauty".
If you think it's okay to take money for THIS, then I'm very sorry for you!
In 3.5 hours, the "master" turned my nails into something incomprehensible, and I asked for an almond shape! I'm not a manicure master and I don't really understand it, BUT why don't your "masters" with highly paid courses know what the shape of almonds looks like?!
I didn't want to write this review, but I want other girls to look at IT on my nails and think a few more times before going there!

There are no crowds of people, as in other branches, respectively, there is no noisy background, you can relax after work while the master does his job.
Another plus is the cost. Girls, where else can you be painted with professional paints and cut beautifully for 60 rubles?

A plump, middle-aged blonde woman (without a badge) cut a child's hair-rudeness is another half of the trouble (they called their son a mama's son for 12 years), it is clear that the master has complexes on this score, so she also cut without saying anything or informing.
Now you need to take tests and blood to make sure that nothing was brought in.
