On Sunday, 02/16/25, my mother and I came to get a haircut. The hairdresser was Nadezhda, the request was a harsh asymmetry, the hairdresser said that this would not suit my mother and eventually she got a bob haircut. My mother explained several times exactly what she needed, where to put her hair, where to leave it, Master Nadezhda did at her discretion. When she was shown what was best to fix, she cut even more and made it worse. My mother's hair is curly, the request was that one side should not be touched, but simply left, Nadezhda cut off this part to her ears, strands curled towards her face.
