I'm here with my child at the moment, and I can only say THANK YOU. I've been in intensive care for a day, I've never seen such a good attitude anywhere. The doctors and medical staff are professionals and wonderful people. the child wanted to eat at night and the whole shift helped solve this issue, as well as many little things, they just helped humanly, although they could refuse.IV tests and other manipulations, the child did not even cry, and then he even smiled when someone entered the room. the conditions are excellent, toilet, shower, everything is at the highest level. we transferred ward number 3 here, too, perfectly, the ward has everything you need, cleanliness, nutrition, constant monitoring of the condition. To be honest, I'm in a pleasant shock because I thought the infectious diseases hospital was hell. considering that it's all free (and I've lived abroad and I know how much it would cost if it wasn't in Belarus), I'm very grateful for this attitude.

They were in the 14th ward. Such polite staff, such a wonderful human attitude. The rooms are good, the food is delicious. Doctors are very tactful, they don't prescribe anything superfluous. The child is given stickers for bravery. Everything shows up in the little things. Thank you very much to everyone who works in this field. Going to the hospital is always scary and not very pleasant, but thanks to such hospitals there will be no more fear!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Procedural nurse of the 14th department, Tarasevich Maria Alekseevna, this is a professional in her field, no one has ever taken me so carefully, she puts catheters quickly and accurately- thank you so much for that Attending physician: Kashkan Anfisa Mikhailova, answered all my questions, attentive, calm and responsive. There were many health problems, I did all the examinations, starting with an MRI scan and ending with consultations and transfer to the 2nd children's hospital (endocrinology department), it is not possible to get there, the queue is a year ahead. I would also like to express my gratitude to the ward nurses Migai Valintina, Karina, Anna and Daria Zapotylok, who are attentive, sensitive and caring - treat patients like their children. Regarding nutrition, everything is quite dietary, but you can eat it, and hospital food is not that tasty, but still. The rooms are clean, thanks a lot to the nurses for this hard work, Maria Vasilyevna and Tatiana .

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the hospital staff. Department 7, block A, 4th floor. Good conditions. The ward is small, but it can accommodate 2 people. There is a toilet and a shower. Everything is clean, tidy, beautiful tiles. The doctor calls the parents himself and gives them all the information. Many thanks for the treatment of my son.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the 2nd intensive care unit. These are the best staff, people who really love their work, from doctors who tried their best to bring my child back to normal, to find a vein that was nowhere to be found, God give strength to these people, nurses who always smiled, talked to the child, persuaded, stroked and distracted, these are really wonderful people, and before the cleaning fairy ( as we called the cleaning specialist with the child ) , everyone was very kind , responsive and understanding . During their stay in intensive care, no one was rude or came in with a displeased face, as usually happens in medical institutions. They brought us to the intensive care unit in an ambulance with bags , helped us carry the bags , explained everything , told us . It was possible to find out from the doctor everything that interests the child 's condition. We got there on 12.06.25. To the second intensive care unit and the 7th box . Thank you very much, may God grant you strength and good health. A low bow to such people .

I was lying with a one—year-old child in the third ward from 11/20/2024 - 11/26/2024, the doctors and nurses are excellent, they will help, tell and show everything. The food is delicious and a lot, even the child ate with pleasure. But I'm removing the star in order to warn you, the nurses and food distributors are just tactless. They fly into the ward, open the door abruptly, shout at the whole ward, every day they knocked the child's sleep. During the distribution of lunch, behind two closed doors, I learned from the screams in the hallway which of them was on sick leave and some more details of interpersonal relations.

We were in the third ward with a child under one year old. Everything is acceptable, except for the nurses on duty. We got there on Friday evening, and the nurse who transferred us from the reception area to the ward told us to get your things. And next time, take the child's father since you can't do it yourself. I was carrying bags with the baby in one hand!?! They took us away in an ambulance with vomiting, and I only took my things to spend the night. Everything was light but voluminous (diapers, bathrobe, bodysuits). Next, I was struck by the nurse on duty at the third ward, who said that we were on a diet and could not give buckwheat from our plate. But I have to eat canned food for children (zucchini, apple) and generally I break the diet that I breastfeed the baby. The nurses were never reproached, they changed the bed and washed the floors when it was urgently necessary. And it was necessary to make an emergency often. We have rotovirus. Good doctors and nurses even took the IV on their hands and entertained the child. The rooms are renovated, the shower is all there. All that was missing was a basin. The impression of comfort is created by the pleasant color of the walls and curtains. It was very warm, the heating is very good, the batteries are regulated.

I was lying with one child every six months, now with two. I've been here 4 times, my impressions are only positive: they quickly find the cause of the disease (accordingly, we start treatment quickly), they feed us deliciously (a child eats almost the entire portion at 2.5 years old), they bring mashed potatoes for infants after 6 months, the nurses clean the ward twice, the nurses are very polite and tidy, the wards are tidy, you can ventilate the ward yourself. We were in intensive care, in the 7th ward (4th floor), and somehow we were lying on the 1st floor. Always at an excellent level. Thanks

We were lying with our daughter in the 7th ward. There were only positive impressions and words of gratitude to the hospital staff. They work as clearly as a clock and do not forget about human qualities (they will support and calm you down). Plus, it's clean, freshly renovated and delicious food. The head is a great fellow, and the doctors are very good. All highly qualified specialists. Special thanks to the nurses on duty, they have the most interaction with them, they are very attentive, kind and positive in the 7th ward. Thank you for your help, you are a wonderful team!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the work of department 5. On 28.01.25 they were taken by ambulance to the emergency room with suspected pneumonia. They put it down, took a picture, and it turned out to be bronchitis. Treatment was prescribed in the form of inhalations, a virus was detected by a blood test. As soon as the symptoms were relieved, on the third day (31.01.25) they were discharged home without taking a single control analysis. On 02/01/25, we called a doctor home from the polyclinic due to the child's poor health. 02.02.25 they called an ambulance and were in the hospital again - diarrhea 7 times a day, vomiting and fever. The day after we were discharged, we were back in the hospital with an 8-month-old baby with dehydration! IVs were prescribed - the nurses tried to insert a catheter and even in 6 attempts they failed! Having brought the child to hysteria and red eyes, they told us to solder with water, which in general we could do at home and not seek hospital help. On the morning of 02/03/25, the child was taken to the intensive care unit, where a catheter was inserted the first time and an IV drip was finally installed. The question is, why did nurses without qualifications even try to do what they couldn't? The doctor refused to take a blood test for viruses, saying that we had no symptoms of a viral infection. No one tried to find out the reason either - they put one IV on, removed the dehydration and discharged home on 02/05/25. No tests, no causes of stool problems, or any treatment were prescribed. There was advice to change the mixture and "maybe it's an intestinal infection." The roommate for the second time was a mother with a one-year-old child - vomiting, diarrhea and fever. When the child suddenly became ill: vomiting, diarrhea and fever rose to 39, the mother ran to the post to call a nurse or a doctor. By the way, the ambulance arrived at our house faster than the nurse got from the post to the ward. Boorish communication, screams that bags were being left in the hallway (a mother with a child in her arms, alone), distribution to wards without looking at who is lying with what, lack of qualified help ... 2 stars only to intensive care specialists and the emergency room doctor, who clearly told everything. The head of department 5 answered all the questions "It happens", refused to change the doctor. After such "help" and "treatment", I don't want to go to the state at all. Well, it turns out that apart from the stabilization of the condition and one IV, no help was provided, after discharge they were forced to ride around private paid centers themselves and examine the child.

We were lying with an 8-month-old child in the 4th ward. There is no question about the doctor, Nikita Evgenievich reported everything promptly and clearly, thank him very much! There are no questions for the nurses either. But nurses and dispensers are a separate art form. On the first day in the hallway, they did not hesitate to shout about everything that did not suit them, saying they would have lunch first, and then go home and the like. In the evening, the child vomited, the doctor said to hold him in his arms for half an hour. A nurse came to tell me that I hadn't wiped the vomit off the floor myself (before that, I had wiped the vomit on the bed myself with the baby in my arms and a change of clothes was brought to me only upon request, and then after an hour and a half!). I went to the post to ask where to complain, but no one from the management was working on Saturday. In the evening at dinner, they told me "you'll starve for shouting," it killed me. And that was just the beginning.... I didn't see any point in going to the head if such a mess was going on in her department, but I had to inform the Ministry of Health's hotline. They did the same to my neighbor in the ward, and according to reviews, I see others have also experienced this. It's just terrible!

We were lying with my son in December, Ward 8, Ward 6. Firstly, our ward was led by the head of the department, a very experienced, highly qualified specialist, who shares information despite the high workload, answered all our questions politely, thoughtfully and in detail, she not only treated our children, but also raised our parental level of literacy in matters of treatment. I think it's very important when you They don't brush it off, they don't joke around, but they explain in detail why and what to do, and they also give you options. thank you! This is a big deal! Secondly, the rooms are double, all the amenities are in the rooms, there is a refrigerator and a micra in the corridor, there is always boiled water. There was even a roll of paper in the toilet!!! The sanitizers always had antiseptic and soap. Very comfortable conditions. The doctors, nurses, and nurses all made a positive impression and were positive. They also feed us well and clean the ward every day. I really didn't want to go to the hospital, it was our first time, the child is 2.4 months old. We were lucky to have a roommate. Taking everything into account, it turned out that I liked this hospital ... but of course it's better not to get sick and not get into it, after all, this is a hospital and the child suffered of course.

We lay with the child from 13.01.24 to 17.01.24 in the 7th ward on the 4th floor. The staff is very wonderful and attentive. A wonderful, kind and pleasant headmistress. And the nurses, without exception, are attentive and magical bees. The department is quiet, clean, tidy, there are refrigerators, microwaves, kettles, and boiled water for children. The ward is also very clean and fresh, cleaned constantly. The bed is not washed or tidied, neat. All the medicines for the child were in the department, nothing needed to be bought and brought. The food is good, tasty, quite enough. Many thanks to m/s: Valeria Gennadievna, Tatyana Petrovna, Marina Vasilyevna, Alina Maratovna; head Ekaterina Sergeevna, for sensitivity, attention, care and kindness. You are real professionals!!!!

During the 2 weeks spent here, we managed to stay with the child in the 13th and 1st departments, and in the intensive care unit 《2》. I met with wonderful medical staff everywhere, not a single rude word or remark was heard. Everyone is very polite and attentive. People who work in the intensive care unit - especially sensitive (but it's better not to check it) did everything possible for the child to examine him: ultrasound, ECG, scans, tests. I am very impressed with the work of all the doctors and medical guards/procedural nurses whom I have met during this time. So if someone has to come here, don't despair. Wonderful, comfortable conditions, delicious food (for those who are satisfied with everything and are always grateful). And may your children never get sick.

During this time, a child of 11 months, who has a temperature of 39 for 3 days, was visited exactly 1 time and then, after my indignation at the post, no appointments and studies were conducted. We did not receive any medical help, the doctor on duty, saying what a bad mother I am, insisted that we spend the whole weekend there, but in response to my indignation that they never came to us, she said that the weekend was ahead and certainly no one would come to us. She took the child on receipt, the diagnosis of acute respiratory infections is unknown, recommendations are drinking. And everything. Wonderful recommendations, when a child loses a temperature of 39 every 4 hours, she began to dehydrate.

I went to the hospital today, the child had bad symptoms since the evening. The nurse frankly surprised me, they say, why did you come that you don't know how many infections there are (I'm just rolling the baby for nothing!) be patient, people will have to wait a lot for an hour and a half, I think, well, God is in no hurry, the main thing is that there would be no terrible infection (I really did not want to go to the hospital), they came to take blood, the child is very afraid of such procedures, the medical worker tells me to pick up, I answer her I can't pull her or lift her because I didn't have the stitches removed myself after the operation, to which her answer killed me: WRITE A REFUSAL AND GO HOME, I tell her that you think we just came here from a fool. The doctor is certainly very good, there are no words, and there are no complaints about him either. But the rest of the staff (in the reception department)It just feels like he wants to kick you out of there. I think at least the management should pay attention to this, because people go there to help children! And yes, we spent about 4 hours there at the exit.

Thank you very much for your work!!! They were caught on Saturday with obstructive bronchitis in a 3-year-old child, in a state of moderate severity. The doctor in the waiting room is a young man, just super, finds an approach and words to the child, the nurses are doing well, the nurses are trying, the wards are good, they feed well, cookies, purees, marmalades, kefir, juice for the main dishes for children. There are a lot of refrigerators, microwaves and electric kettles in the corridor. There are narrow specialists and ENT and ophthalmologist and ultrasound and many others. Several times a day, someone from the staff comes in and asks how the child is. Special thanks to the head of the 8th department and the doctor, both excellent doctors and charming women! Who has children under 3 years old, parents are also fed, if older children, food is not provided for parents. It is impossible to leave the ward, only quickly to the refrigerator or kettle. It is extremely difficult in 4 walls with a child, this is one minus) but they do not keep it for a long time, if you have good dynamics and you are on the mend, after 4 days you can ask about home).

I would like to express my great appreciation and words of gratitude for the timely diagnosis. My child and I went to the emergency room on 12/01/2023 at 20.30 in a terrible condition , the child was on fire for the second day , the doctors at the clinic treated us as SARS and nothing helped , the temperature did not go down and decided to go to the DIB late in the evening, there were a lot of children , all the boxes were occupied, but the doctor gave us all her time and attention and at first glance I realized what was wrong with the child (and it was Scarlet fever) Davidovskaya Ya. O. Said about her assumption and immediately prescribed a smear for this miracle disease, and after half an hour she came with the right appointment for the child, she did not scare or frighten with this diagnosis, but clearly and clearly explained all my further actions.Thank you very much Davidovskaya Ya. O. for your professionalism, conscientious attitude, attentiveness. You give people health, hope and faith. Now the child feels better, despite a difficult and prolonged feverish period and falling asleep. I would also like to thank all the medical and service personnel who were on duty that night for their patience, care, kindness, cordiality and indifference. You are all professionals in your field! I wish you good health and stability in your hard work. ( sorry that I didn't recognize all the surnames in stress )

I've been lying here for 9 days now. Department 9. Respect for teenagers is such a thing here, depending on which nurse you come across. Personally, they threatened to take my phone away, saying that I was sitting in it at night (the parent did not mind). I'm sick of it, of course. I'll leave this lady's last name later. The food is quite normal, as in the dining room. I took off the stars purely because of the attitude towards children who are lying here without parents

Doctors and nurses have a very good attitude towards children, they try to calm down and make friends with the child so that he is less afraid and not worried. I was lying with two children in the 9th ward and throughout the entire period of hospitalization, everyone showed care and attention. The doctor tells and explains everything in detail about the treatment, answers all questions with understanding and patience. The ward is clean, the ward is cleaned twice a day. Each room has a toilet and shower, all conditions for a comfortable stay are created. The food is normal, as in most hospitals. I want to express my gratitude to all the medical staff for their hard work, sensitive attitude and love for children. May your kind hearts know no troubles, health and happiness for you and your families!!!

We were taken by ambulance to this hospital in the 8th ward. The diagnosis is acute laryngitis. Only the most pleasant impressions. The staff is helpful and attentive. They will come up several times and ask how the child felt. Although they got into the weekend at night, everything was quickly processed and taken to the department. Special thanks to the admission department for the speed. The wards and conditions are above average, everything is in place. Double room, shower, toilet on site. The food is only for the child, but there is an opportunity to pay and eat for the mother. Of course, it's not very tasty, but you can eat everything. And there is a variety, even goodies for children. They didn't keep us for a long time, no infection was added to us anymore. Everything is fine. Many thanks to all the staff for their help and care. Of course, it's better not to go to such a place. But the whole stay there was pleasing in all matters.

We were in the 13th department. The doctor is super medical staff is excellent! The kettle, microwave, refrigerator are all there. The room is wonderful, the shower is a toilet on the ward. Yes, there are problems with food, but I think it's not very good in hospitals everywhere. It's better not to get here, of course. I will add that there is no bed in the postoperative room, only a couch, so an adult will not be able to sleep there.

A wonderful hospital. Starting from the staff and ending with the conditions in the hospital itself. I have not yet met such responsive specialists in free institutions. We provided quick assistance to a small child. They asked from A to Z. It was clear that the doctor was interested in the problem, listened carefully, explained everything clearly and accurately without dissatisfaction. It was always possible to turn to the nurses for help without fear of rejection. The conditions in the wards are good. Two beds for adults, cots for children, clean bed linen (without stains, etc.), toilet and shower in the unit. Cleanliness and order have always been maintained. Thank you very much to the hospital staff! Unfortunately, I did not remember the names, I would like to thank everyone.

All the staff are very polite. I was disappointed with the state nutrition. Both the quality and quantity, on demand, were not given a menu. Cleaning the ward once.

Everything is fast, efficient, and at the highest level Special thanks to the head. Infection Department. Number 1 is Malyavko O.A., who was on duty at 10.09 when my son and I arrived. Very good people are working! Thanks to the team! Experienced, they treat children with love. They are trying very hard to do well, repairs have recently been done, new buildings have been opened. It's a good place. There is a 24-hour office for inspection.

hello, the hospital itself is not bad , I will talk exclusively about the 13th department.and in particular about M.S. Pozdnyak Anastasia , the worst honey . I have not yet met an employee in my practice , I am rude , I do not like children , I am silent about mats and insults to my address . I don 't want to talk specifically about the situation , but if possible , I 'll try to figure it out .
