I managed to get redirected to another specialist only after asking for a complaint book. The rest of the doctors passed quickly and without delay. But these half hours that have fallen out of a life of empty and useless waiting…

The doctors and the deputy chief physician only pretend to be sympathetic, but they are not going to do anything.
The result is that 3 days after the visit, my wife, daughter (4 months) and son (9 months) came down with the flu. "Thank you" for the services... The quality is zero. We won't go into this mess anymore.
