A good clinic! Thanks to the therapist Panfilova Yu.P . I was at the reception today, everything was clear and fast. It was Yulia Petrovna's first time, I got the impression that this is a Doctor who will always help! I also took tests at this clinic, doctors are trying to help everyone and do everything in time and they succeed! Individual approach to each patient!

Due to the repair of the 11th polyclinic, the reception for the 11th and 19th sections was postponed to the 28th. There are a lot of people to the trauma surgeon. Children spend 2-3 hours in queues. There are THREE queues to defend. to the reception, to the picture, then back to the reception with the picture! 30-50 minutes each. At the same time, the doctors leading the reception delay the time before the break and manage to surf the Internet right during the reception! Maybe, in connection with the merger of the two sites, the reception should be expanded somehow?

God forbid you break something and you will become a participant in this quest for at least 4 hours. 2 elevators that work every other time and, if 5 people have entered, simply refuse to work. In general, there is something to strive for - optimization at least.

Мало положительных эмоций от посещения этого заведения, в отделения травматологии хожу на постоянной основе из-за врачебной ошибки длинной в шесть лет, последний поход убил какое-то желание обратиться к врачу, в частности пройти комиссию ВКК (после можно смело пить успокаивающее не только пациенту ну и врачу который рискнул открыть больничный лист) где тебе говорят, что боль уже хроническая, проще самой себе прописать препараты снимающие боль, что продаются в свободном доступе в аптеке. К самим врачам в травматологии и хирургии нет. Персонал в регистрации работают четко им все 5 звезд.

Neurologist. a person occupies just an office ono!!!he doesn 't know what he 's doing . I came with my back to extend the sick leave, I say my back hurts, but It says I don't see any prerequisites to extend. I asked for a referral to CT says you don't need it. It's not a bad enough polyclinic, in comparison with many. There are many doctors and a surgeon and a neurologist, ENT, ophthalmologist. Coupons are always available for a coupon buy. Queues as in all polyclinics😂 But it seems to me that this cannot be avoided in the morning, but there are not many people after lunch)

На удивление поликлиника хорошая, чистая, комфортно ожидать в коридоре, светло. Врачи большенство вежливые, внимательные, есть конечно и другие персонажи но мне кажется такие есть везде, время ожидание по-разному (больше всего раздражают бабульки которые я на 5 минуток без очереди и сидят по 30 мин)… Не нравится регистратура грубые постоянно, чем то недовольны. В целом неплохая поликлиника лечится можно👌🏻

в 103 каб. сидит … которая не понимает даже, что нужно делать. отправил к ней психиатр(в больницу направление и нужно сделать заключение), в итоге сидит и говорит, что не знает что это такое. в справке тоже интересные люди сидят нынче. что творится с этой поликлиникой, когда нельзя даже сделать узи сердца уже год(нет врача специализирующегося на узи) и терапевта нет тоже постоянно.

С учетом того количества людей, которое прописано в этой поликлинике, считаю обслуживание более чем достойным и оперативным. В кабинетах и коридорах чисто, опрятно, врачи, к которым я попадала (окулист, доврачебный, процедурный) внимательные. Спасибо за ваш нелегкий труд!

Поликлиника переполнена пациентами, много лет назад добавились жители дер.Копище, а после вторая половина деревни из так называемого района Новая Боровая. И соответственно добавилось время ожидания в очередях в кабинеты. А так в целом впечатление неплохое, потому что все-таки есть среди персонала настоящие врачи, лаборатория работает отлично. В поликлинике несколько аптек. Можно спокойно записаться на процедуры.

Ходила глотать зонт, проводил мне процедуру Кузьмин А.В. Во первых он пришел с опозданием,далее грубо приглашал войти,так же не спросил про мое самочувствие. И какие препараты я принимала до процедуры при болях. Когда я попробовала уточнить интересующий меня вопрос,он в грубой форме мне овтетил,что ему абсолютно все равно и безразлично что у меня и с какими проблемами я пришла.Такой грубости от врача я не встречала всю свою жизнь.Обычно перед процедурой делают замарозку, но мне так быстро засунули всю эту систему что я не успела ничего спросить. Это не врач и не специалист своего дела, которому не место в этой специальности. Ранее я уже делала эту процедуру и не раз,поэтому я знаю как она правильно делается.Но Кузьмин.А.В начал это делать грубо и непрофессионально. Далее вмешалась медсестра и поняла что, что то не так и начала говорить врачу что бы тот заканчивал. Он понял что до него пыталась донести медсестра только через несколько минут, но шланг он доставал тоже непрофессиолнально он не произвел процедуру в полной мере. Вот из за таких врачей как Кузьмин.А.В тееряешь веру в врачей,в их доброту и помощь больным.

Устали на работе❓ Начальство не даёт покоя❓ Хочется отдыха❓ Добро пожаловать в температурные кабинеты Городской Поликлиники 28! Приходите людям, которые действительно считают себя "терапевтами" и тем более "врачами"! 3 шага отделяют вас от больничного! Шаг 1: дождаться очереди.🙃 Шаг 2: сказать "врачу" " терапевту", что у вас температура.🤤 Шаг 3: получить больничный✔️ ✔️"Врач" абсолютно точно, с одного взгляда и без осмотра определит в у вас ОРВИ! ✔️С помощь Google выпишет нужные вам лекарства ✔️Уточнит в настоящего врача "выписывать ОРВИ или Ковид" Рекомендую к посещению, вам точно конец!) А если серьезно, то выписали больничный абсолютно без осмотра, даже лёгкие не послушали. Что уж тут говорить, что даже банально температуру не проверяли...

Стандартная городская поликлиника. Как и везде не хватает узких специалистов. Как и везде, есть врачи более внимательные и более отстраненные. Поликлиника после ремонта, поэтому чисто и аккуратно, что радует. И нужно отметить, что в период падении хорошо было организовано разделение потоков пациентов и организация помощи.
