The Internet is very bad there, in the applet to get medicine you need to sit for 2 or even 4 hours, one computer and one pharmacovigilance for a crowd of people. The head doctor says it's not my problem, that's how the technique works, there's nothing I can do. At least they would take it on paper and then somehow drive it into the system. Because of this, you can even sleep there until the turn comes. Awful. Change the system to receive medicines.
