just a "quiet" horror: I have been serviced since December 1988. then and for about 10 years everything was more 'tip-top'. but over the years, everything has changed in "-" and this is despite repairs, computerization, etc. the polyclinic is really "overloaded": it was originally designed to serve ~ 20,000 people, and now it serves ~ 60 thousand people (!). (Uruchye 1,2,3 ; Ozerishche ; military town ; 9th km; high-rise buildings on the streetKuprevich and nearby (IBA company houses) -11 buildings on the 21st floor each !). And that's not all. With the introduction of COVID quarantine, it is almost impossible to get an appointment, especially with "narrow" specialists (neurologist, ENT, etc.) . example: July 2021- neuroalgia- A NOTE ON THE OFFICE: "the doctor conducts an appointment IN the " RED ZONE ". But the funny thing is that he wasn't there either. it is impossible to get to the precinct officer, for example, "my" site is assigned to Yakovleva (she is the head of the department.+ your own plot). You go to the "assistant", and she 1) may not accept . 2) may refuse to discharge some medicines indicated for continuous use, arguing that this is not a therapeutic profile (!) and, for example, others. a doctor who does not have or will not be accepted without a coupon (!) Terrible organization of work. You can't order a ticket online: you need to come at 7 a.m. and take a ticket at the reception, or sit in line all day to see a doctor's assistant. I've been seeing this ad on the clinic's website for almost a year: "Due to the illness of general practitioners, planned care is canceled, only emergency care in turn." It seems that doctors themselves prescribe sick leave to each other in order not to work. The doctor's assistants have low qualifications and great aplomb.

They offered any therapist's office. after standing in line for an hour in room 209, the doctor (I do not know the last name) refused admission, in a rude way, because she did not understand why I chose her office from all the other offices. She urged me to leave her office and go to another one. I was shocked by this situation, and that such a thing could even be and continue to tempt fate, trying to get through to another therapist, there was no desire. When will a service culture appear in our clinics? I wish you all good health and less frequent visits to such doctors.
