The quality of EVERYTHING has deteriorated. The dishes are getting simpler and less delicious every year. Olivier salad couldn't even be decorated properly, slicing vegetables is visually laid out as if made in a hurry, ciabatta with caviar looks poor: even the oils were regretted, I'm generally silent about the quality of caviar. As for the entertainment program: the music was playing so loudly that it was not audible to the person sitting in front, and the ceiling was rattling from the bass and it pressed on the ears. After the second cover band left, it was impossible to hear the fake rock performance, although it was better than the medley of the first group, which the lead singer just shouted, not sang. In general, guys, you used to have a great audience, and at least the menu was edible. And now, not only is the contingent going to be "on the move" on Friday and Saturday, but it's a complete disappointment for NG. It's time to change, otherwise the fate of "Friends" awaits you.

«Лучшее заведение Минска»-сказали нам друзья и посоветовали пойти туда.
Сказать, что это отвратительное заведение-ничего не сказать. Конечно, предварительно прочитав отзывы, я была ко многому готова и надеялась, что это какие-то зажравшиеся гости… но нет.
Мы приехали в Минск из Москвы и не понаслышке знаем о сервисе и о вкусной еде.
Предварительно нам бронировали стол. Хостес передала нас в заботливые руки официантки и нас проводили к нашему столу. По еде-заказывала салат с лососем и яйцом пашот, что заказывал муж даже не вспомню. Рыба вонючая, резиновая, просто невозможно есть. Яйцо пашот-совсем не пашот, а сваренное вкрутую. Это я и сказала официантке, когда она спросила, почему я не ем. Муж тоже обплевался. По напиткам: я заказывала апероль, муж пиво. Либо алкоголь некачественный, либо разбавленный.
По обстановке: девушка, которая пела в ресторане-это просто бомба, ради нее стоит зайти. Голос потрясающий. Интересный интерьер, в туалете чисто, за столами тоже полный порядок. Публика разная. Есть и в джинсах и в вечернем. Преобладающее большинство-женщины, девушки, причем,я так смеялась, когда читала в одном из отзывов, что там много девушек «на съеме»- это действительно так. Видно их невооруженным взглядом. В общем, к посещению не советую, если только послушать музыку.
П.с. Девушки на шпильках:на входной группе ужасный коврик, шпильки застревают, будьте аккуратнее)

We ordered salads. the food is good, satisfying. there are much more maintenance issues. the waitress and, it seems, the entire staff, only from Buckingham Palace, where previously only royalty were courted, because such arrogant faces as those of working young ladies still need to be searched. not only did the waitress show disdain with her whole appearance, they could not bring the bill with an empty hall. I had to ask three times, and when they turned to the administrator with this, she shrugged her shoulders irritably and sped off. What kind of attitude is this towards visitors? judging by the good reviews, it was probably a one-time promotion that we got to such a service, but the impression was spoiled. Service is a separate kind of "art" - there is none, from the word at all.
The faces of the staff are not us who came to their institution, but they came to us and we also owe them.

Of the large list of draft beers, there were only three available in fact, and then in periodicity and they were running out. It was cold in the hall, very cold. To our request to close the window, the answer was we close the windows only at 11 pm, because it's warm now. It would be appropriate if it was +30 outside, but not on May 28, when it's not hot outside yet, and even cool in the evening. And the guests are sitting at the tables in blankets, and at the next table the guys have put on their jackets. And this is being in the hall, and not on the letterhead of the institution. Отмечали день рождения сотрудницы. Неплохо посидели, атмосфера было замечательная. Именинницу поздравило заведение, сделали подарок🎂🥂, было очень приятно!)) плюс попели караоке, покурили кальян. Вытяжки работали хорошо, дыма в заведении не было. Несмотря на будний день, было несколько компаний и был движ))

Отмечали мой день рождения 7 апреля, в пятницу. На мой взгляд, это место достаточно популярно благодаря своему расположению. Кухня в принципе неплохая, но не на 5 баллов точно. Нам попался очень вежливый и обходительный официант, молодой парень в очках, к сожалению, имя не запомнила. Это был самый большой плюс вечера. Все остальное - так себе. Живая музыка, ребята выкладывались по полной, но из-за отвратительной акустики их старания просто были напрасны. Да и выступали они с 22.30 до 2 ночи вроде, дальше была просто а-ля сельская дискотека. Танцпола как такового нет, есть маленький пятачок перед сценой, но он расположен так, что люди постоянно идут через него то в дамскую комнату, то к другим столам. Неудобно от слова абсолютно. Людей битком, как селедок в бочке. Как ответил мужчина в гардеробе на вопрос, почему так много охраны на входе, бывает до 400 человек за вечер. Для площади заведения это, конечно, очень много.
В общем, наши впечатления таковы: сходить один раз на разведку и не более того.

Классная тусовка! Доброжелательная обстановка, немного дорого, но сервис на уровне, еда вкусная. Громкая живая музыка. Все достаточно быстро. Тусовка и доброжелательная атмосфера перевешивает возможные недостатки!

I happened to visit this place a couple of times.
I can only say one thing - it used to be much better.
It all starts with the guards: rude, boorish, devoid of intelligence boys. You should have seen how they talked to all the people who are queuing to enter... You won't wish it on the enemy.
Further... The wardrobe is right on the aisle. It's creepy what's going on there when some people come in, some go out, and others stand in line at the wardrobe.
Let's move on. The food is delicious - this is a plus. But as long as you wait for it, it will be overloaded. The waiters are so slow .....
And they couldn't find the administrator at all, he was hiding somewhere, apparently.

Интересное атмосферное место. Была в субботу с друзьями. Людей очень много, столик освободился лишь через 40-50 минут, до этого стояли/ходили по заведению.
Очередь в баре доходит через минут 15-20.
Цены как и везде, приемлемо.
Очень понравилась кавер-группа! Восторг!!! Даже ради их живого исполнения стоит сходить)
Контингент разные (от мала до велика).
Как оказалось, в заведении продают одноразовые электронки, также не запрещено курить вейпы в заведении.

Очень нравится данное заведение,давно являюсь его клиентом.Но в последнее время очень расстроена обслуживанием ,однажды принесли горячее блюдо холодным ,да еще ко всему соус был так размазан ,как будто у официантки оно упало,очень неприятно.Музыка стала отвратительная ,как будто для пенсионеров -неприверед ,пришлось даже написать негативный отзыв в книге «Предложения и рекомендации».Недавно отдыхали,сервис стал получше,взяли официантов -парней,ввели автоматизированный вызов на часы,очень круто и удобно,но музыка …Как была отвратительной,так и осталась ,летнюю веранду удешевили ,поставили дешевый пластик,конечно удобные диванчики намного приятнее,тем более их наценочная категория позволяет продумать все до мелочей.

Хорошая кухня, приятный интерьер. Но обслуживание (особенно летняя терраса) оставляет желать лучшего. За один вечер столик обслуживали 3 официанта, но заказы подавались очень долго, в середине вечера они вообще запутались: принесли чужой заказ, то что было заказано в дополнение принесли после трёх напоминаний, а для того чтобы рассчитаться пришлось ждать 30 мин. Извините, но это только 3 звезды...

Dual impressions. I visited this institution for the first time on December 17, although there were several attempts before that. But apparently fate was leading away, as if it said that it was not worth it))))
I'll start with the extremely strange position of the institution about bringing alcohol with you. As in most establishments, when a certain order amount is reached, this is allowed. But there is a limit of 300 grams per person. Here's how two guests can bring 300 grams with them, if any bottle of strong alcohol is 500, and wine is 750 grams?!?! I understand that the establishment is aimed at buying from them, but the attitude towards the guests is immediately repulsive. Even if you make this "quota" equal to 250 grams, many questions will already be removed.
The next story is the process of controlling this brought alcohol. Okay, we checked the bags and bags at the entrance. This is understandable. But then the waiter drew up an alcohol acceptance certificate! And at the same time, the passport details of one of the guests were needed, which were entered into the act as responsible for this alcohol. As unfriendly as possible! I understand, probably, the premise of the institution. Most likely, they are insured against potential claims on the quality of alcohol and subsequent problems. Like, what kind of beer you brought, that's what you drink. But still! It's kind of disgusting.
The menu is decent. Everything is delicious and the serving is pretty. The waiters are great. The prices are reasonable for the city center. There's no question about it.
But there was a question about leisure activities again. The company came to the institution after 6 p.m. on Sunday. New Year's corporate party. Yes, we were warned that the New Year's program itself starts at 21. But from 18 to 19 o'clock, they just showed a movie on one of the TV channels on all screens. When asked by the waiter if it was possible to turn on background music, she replied that since the movie was on, someone was watching it. Although it is obvious in the general noise that it is not possible to watch the film)))
I knew and read in the reviews about the cramped dance floor. But I still wasn't ready that it was so tight!!! There is simply unrealistically little space. People live close to each other. If one of the guests tries to dance a little more differently than stepping on the spot, he immediately begins to interfere with others, pushing.
And in general, there are too many tables for this size of the room. Waiters and guests, passing by our table, constantly brushed against me, sitting on the edge of the table. Not because they were sloppy, but simply because there is no other way. The aisles between the tables are as minimal as possible)
It may be worthwhile for the institution to arrange the tables a little more spacious, slightly reduce the number of guests, but give them more comfort and pleasure from visiting
Finally. The menu, the food is at a good level. The interior is pleasant and pretty. The Cover Band is great. The festive program is worthy
But the interaction with the guests, the attitude towards them, unfortunately significantly worsens the impression

Часто посещаю это заведение, всё отлично. Конечно танцпол маленький, но это не мешает тому кто хочет потанцевать. А вот над музыкой нужно поработать. Я говорю не про живое выступление, а музыку которую включает диджей. Каждый раз одни и те же песни, друг за другом. С подругой даже выучили очерёдность их. И никогда не ошиблись. Слова человека, который ставит музыку, что людям нравится :/ (я смотрю на людей и тоже замечаю, что это не так) надоедает одно и тоже. Может пора диджею поработать над плейлистом, обновить его. По-этому такая оценка. Большая просьба обратить внимание на этот момент!!!
