A great place to relax. I travel with a child of 5 years old. The hosts are hospitable, always friendly. The hotel is always clean and tidy. Each room has air conditioning, TVs, hair dryer, towels, bed linen and everything you need for your stay.
There is a dining room, they cook very tasty, the dishes are different and even made to order. There is a children's playground, a recreation area, a barbecue grill. Very tasty wine, chacha is prepared by the owners themselves. I liked the adjika that T.Luba gives me.
Every summer, a swimming pool is installed, the child always swam in it after the sea.The sea is not far from home. The bus stop is next to the hotel and you can take it to the market, it is very convenient.
I am always happy with my vacation and the hosts always invite me to rest. They became my family and when I leave them, tears appear in my eyes. I am grateful for their kindness, love and care for us.

Very cozy, clean, comfortable. Sincere, friendly hosts. It is a little far from the sea - this is the only (but the price for accommodation is adequate) minus. Thanks to Uncle Maxim for his hospitality!
If you want a clear sea (though a rocky beach), go to the eucalyptus beach. Don't forget to bring your coral swimming slippers. I know a place where you can go directly to the beach by car. Details are available on request))

Good day everyone!!! So we had a family vacation of 3 people with a child, from August 18 to September 4. We reviewed many places where you can stay and chose this place, and for good reason, the friendly hosts (Maxim and Lyubov Alexandrovna). The hotel is quite new, clean and cozy rooms, air conditioning, TV, amenities are also in the room, a large free-standing dining room with all necessary things. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, which is not bad for those who came with the kids. The territory has a barbecue area, barbecue, skewers, etc. The territory is very gentrified, everything is surrounded by greenery, grapes, kiwis, pears, figs grow. There is good Wi-fi on the territory, there is Parking for private transport. The sea is just around the corner, the sea is the purest here. Definitely, if to Abkhazia and Sukhumi, then only to the Alan guest house!!!! My recommendations.!!!!! Thank you very much for the warm hospitality,!!!!
