You definitely need to rethink your attitude towards customers. We came with a young man on 03.01, a young guy talked to us very arrogantly at the entrance, firstly, he vaguely asked if we had booked, when we asked him again, he looked at us appraisingly and asked again rather rudely. We just wanted to have dinner, but we didn't come with a parade, so apparently the restaurant host decided that we were unworthy of this place :), which is very strange. So if this place is the coolest restaurant in the city, then you should indicate, rather than write, that it is a bar. If you are a tourist and just want to stop by for dinner, we do not recommend this place, you can only go there in full dress and it is advisable that you have a wad of money sticking out of your jacket, otherwise you will face an arrogant attitude. Also book in advance, otherwise you will be sitting in the worst seats (after asking the same host if we could sit in the main hall, he nevertheless condescended to us and said that there were seats)

Unfortunately, the staff often changes, but in principle, everything is relative.... Young guys serve, someone is attentive and polite to their guests, and someone just stupidly bring it... The atmosphere is cozy.
Previously, my family and I often went to this place and we really liked their cuisine, price tag, furniture, but..... unfortunately, we don't go there anymore.🤷The price tag has risen significantly, and the kitchen when as...., then delicious, then not so much and the portions have decreased. As I understood, a lot depends on the cook. One cooks with a soul, and someone just because ..... I recommend trying to go in to understand for yourself ....😉

On the one hand, a powerful air conditioner that gave out a refreshing stream of icy air, on the other hand, a constantly open door that prevents this air from changing the temperature to a more pleasant one. On the one hand, the waiter knows well what kind of cakes are on display (which are not on the menu), on the other hand - and why they are not on the menu!

Awful. I ordered Ramen soup from the main menu and pizza, the pizza was delivered 20 minutes later, to my question to the waiter - where is the soup? They replied that he was preparing. I waited another 25 minutes and asked the question again - Where is my soup? To which I was answered. That you need to wait another 5 minutes. After that, I asked for the bill and left. I think that for this institution to wait so long for a simple soup is not acceptable. I will add that there were not many people in the establishment. I will not go to this place anymore and I do not advise you.

The first restaurant in Pavlodar, which I visited and was greeted by a waiter with the words "Can I help you with something?", is not how guests are usually greeted. I ordered a Bolognese pizza, good pizza. I also ordered meat, I don't remember exactly what this position was called, like some kind of veal, I took rice as a side dish. The portion of rice is not large, but it tastes good. The meat is ordinary, nothing outstanding, but it's worth mentioning that the sauce for the meat was delicious (tomato). The service is average, the prices are high, the food is not bad

Good service, helpful staff. The mushroom soup is just excellent)) the chefs prepare the food quickly, not annoying waiters, the atmosphere is lounge, relaxing. It is convenient that near the embankment, you can go in after a walk and the view from the windows is, of course, gorgeous. There are summer ones, but we were inside.
