The building seems to be abandoned, I have visited it more than once. There are beautiful exotic plants in the flower beds inside, but this is probably the only thing that I liked there. The toilet is a bomb. Rural public, plus traces of faeces on the ceiling, as after the explosion... I did not solve my question, I received a recommendation.
