I crossed the border and my opinion is that I have never met worse in my life....Everything was turned over, everything was re-weighed, right down to the chocolate...It turns out that chocolates also need to be hung.In general, the opinion is that we Russians need to be milked . And that we would remember them for the rest of our lives.

I, a citizen of the Russian Federation, permanent residence in Germany, crossed the border in Brest, Warsaw highway, Terespol, from October 28 to October 29, 2022, in transit from Germany to Russia. I stood in line at the border for 9 hours. Then I was serviced at the window No. 6, terminals No. 6-7, from 23 hours on 10/28/12 to 04.30 hours on 10/29/12. The customs officer did not introduce herself, talked to me irritably and rudely, found fault with my documents, with the car, then said that until I pay 10,000 euros at the exchange rate in Belarusian rubles, I was not they will release - "there are "their own laws" here! I said I wouldn't pay, I don't have that amount. They kept me on my feet for more than 5 hours. Several times they forced me to unload the car, my things were on the dirty and wet asphalt, then the car was sent for an X-ray and after that they kicked me out and sent me back. I passed through the same crossing on April 24, 2022 - there were no such problems. I am very sorry that such workers spoil a good opinion of Belarus, I often went there for treatment and shopping. Now I'll think about whether I need these humiliations and rudeness!

I passed the Warsaw Terespol- Brest Bridge 2 times on July 28 at 22:00 and on Aug 6 at 21:00. I was fascinated by the work of the customs officers! Especially the number 09-0742, he did not introduce himself because of modesty. Incredibly courteous, amiable, well-intentioned, at the same time strict and professional. When crossing the Brest Kozlovichi border, customs officers communicate uncorrectly with drivers, allowing themselves to make offensive statements about the driver.And also, when the transit was closed at the TP on Lieutenant Ryabtsev St., the customs officer also communicated uncorrectly and offensively. He did not respond to my comments. When contacting the helpline in both Minsk and Brest regarding the direct communication of customs officers, there was no reaction to the actions of these employees.

I was on official business. Everything is the same as everywhere else, at the entrance to institutions of this type, all the data from the passport was copied, only that the shoe size was not asked. I have always wondered rhetorically why the servants of the people are so fond of hiding from these very people behind all sorts of turnstiles, barriers, doors with combination locks and other barriers....
