Sending one email takes 15-20 minutes, and if there are 3-4?. The service time of 1 client is an hour or more. If a person sends a package in front of you, then you don't have to stand anymore. You'll be waiting for more than an hour. In addition, the management of the post office turned all the post offices into a grocery store. Canned food, soap, detergents are sold. Disgusting. The operator's program always doesn't work, then freezes. It is difficult to come and even receive letters, because 1 operator does not have time to serve people and has to wait for several hours.

Only one operator works. The second one often just sits next to her, instead of opening the second window, she drinks seagulls, then just sits to chat with the only operator!!! Make it work already!!!!
