We ordered delivery of the parcel by courier, everything was paid for. The parcel lay on this OPS for 2.5 weeks, the courier did not deliver, no one reported that the parcel had arrived in principle, although the phone numbers of both the sender and the recipient were indicated! But they wanted to send the parcel back! Of course, no one returned the money for delivery by courier.
