When I come to Uralsk, I definitely visit this institution. Now there is a promotion for hookah, in the afternoon from 12:00 to 18:00 hookah at a discount costs 2500 tenge, the replacement of the shisha is 2500 tenge. After 18:00 the price is 5000 tenge. The service is good, the prices on the menu are adequate.
