Amazing space with good program of events and the most wonderful garden in town

It gives the impression of some kind of hangout, to be honest:)
There is a lecture hall on the second floor, but there is no ventilation, so it is better not to listen to lectures longer than an hour there.

I was here for Ivan Talachev's lecture on militants. Nice space, music and a bar. The prices are pleasant
