A great place to relax on the waterfront!
Gran cafe is a real paradise for coffee lovers and a cozy atmosphere.
Five stars for:
Delicious coffee: Coffee is always fresh, fragrant and made with love.
Cozy atmosphere: The interior of the cafe is thought out to the smallest detail, with upholstered chairs, beautiful decor and pleasant lighting.
Great location: To be in the very center of events, on the embankment, overlooking the river. Perfect for a romantic date or a friendly meeting.
Polite staff: We are always ready to help with the choice of a drink, smiling and attentive to each client.
Affordable prices: The prices are quite reasonable, given the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere.
I recommend Gran cafe to anyone who is looking for a place where you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a wonderful view!

The cafe looks very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing from the inside. The chairs and tables are arranged neatly, there are no complaints. That's what I thought when I visited this place. However, the opinion changed dramatically when it came to ordering pizza.
Firstly, when ordering, we were told that the wait would be 30-35 minutes. It is a common thing on a day off, even when a cafe is located on one of the most passable streets of the city. Everything would be fine if I didn't have to wait an hour for pizza.
Secondly, during the order, they did not ask if it was necessary to add boxes to the order in order to take the order with them. All the waitress could tell us was that they always add boxes with the cost of the order. It would seem that 75 kopecks for one pizza is nothing. Only this nothing makes a good cash register with a large number of orders. 10 clients per day is equal to 7 rubles and 50 kopecks.
In general, if you want to do charity work, this place is an ideal investment in the pocket of waitresses!

We are very disappointed after visiting this institution. We were the only guests who came to have breakfast with a small child of 1.1 years old. After placing the order, I asked to bring a child's chair, only then it turned out that it was not provided in principle ( of course, no one deigned to warn about this ) . We ordered American and English breakfasts for ourselves , and just pancakes for the child . By the way, they differ by an order of magnitude from what is presented in the menu . English breakfast: overcooked eggs to a crisp , no arugula, trout chopped into small pieces 5* 5 mm. American : also overcooked eggs, no beans, no arugula, Pancakes are just no comments. Live soda tastes like it was not possible to eat at all.

The pizzas are excellent, as in the entire network, it is not clear about the service: it is not written anywhere that you take the menu and order yourself, there are no appliances, ask for boxes, the cook brought the dishes and cleaned the table, thank you for the honor of course, but still strange.

A pretty cozy cafe on the waterfront in the city center. The prices for coffee and pastries are very pleasant. The coffee is delicious. We took lattes.Polite baristo girls. There is a terrace, Parking. It's worth visiting this place!

Service and communication with guests is something worth changing! We came to the restaurant in a good mood, asked the barista a question about the drink, after which an unpleasant dialogue took place, okay, let's skip this moment, we thought, because we still wanted coffee. When the drink was brought, it turned out that the meringue that was brought into the coffee was covered with moth cobwebs. Really, a barista could not have noticed this when preparing a drink?! We believe this was done on purpose. There are no special complaints about the institution, but the general view is formed from the institution in conjunction with the staff. And the staff here is in a huge disadvantage, so I didn't want to look at the institution either.

Great cafe. Located right on the embankment. Beautiful interior, polite staff. Reasonable prices and a good menu. I recommend visiting and enjoying the atmosphere.

Максимально неуютно. Внутри за столики у окна смогут протиснуться только дистрофики, площадка на улице убогая, особенно в сравнении с расположеными рядом двумя кафе (Bloom и Параграф).
Из плюсов - отличный кофе (с постоянной скидкой 50%), очень недорогое вино, неплохой выбор десертов. Ну и локация отличная, рядом с набережной

Одно из 3х кафе под открытым небом. Еда и питье...вот что вас ждёт. Жаль что все 3 кафе летом работают до 23 и после тишина...

Стоит поработать над сервисом и общением с гостями. Пришли на позитиве, задали вопрос бариста/кассир (все в одном лице) ответ настолько был неприятным, что развернулись и ушли, хотя пирожные на витрине очень манили, и летняя терраса была свободна( теперь понятно почему, с таким обслуживанием….)
1 звезда за пирожные красивые, к сожалению не попробовали.
