Positive: the first line, all inclusive with endless beer of good quality, a good and well-maintained territory. Friendly staff. There is quite a good Wi-Fi in the lobby and in some areas of the pool. Free trips by catamaran, kayak and a small inflatable catamaran sailboat under the control of a local to the nearby open ocean. A deserted beach with sun loungers and palm canopies with cigar ashtrays. Although the beginning of the spit, but there is a place to eat nearby. There is a souvenir market nearby where you can change the currency (ask a guy named Jesus - a cool dude)). There is a bus stop nearby, which runs in a circle through all Varadero and stops at almost every hotel. You will be the first to pick up from the airport, because the hotel is located at the very beginning of the spit. THE PRICE OF THE HOTEL! There were Euro sockets in our room, the adapter was not useful (110V). There was a new mattress in our room (Yes - this is an advantage for Cuba)) Lack of insect life (only one cockroach) Take rooms not on the ground floor. A good cleaning service if you leave a tip (in Cuba, everything is done with tips, you will understand when you study their way of life , earnings, and so on). 3 bars with drinks on site (1 near the beach , the second near the pool , the third in the lobby) . Daily animation by the pool in the evenings, as well as once a week there is a HOTEL festival with coconuts, various additional goodies, drinks and cocktails right on the beach, additional animation and good mood) Quite a good, simple pastry in the dining room. Shower on the bridges in front of the beach to knock down the sand and wash up. Cons: Tired Soviet rooms, lack of Internet in the rooms (only in the lobby for 1 dollar per hour), the key card was buggy in our room for the first three days, then it was fixed. Drinking water was supplied to the room only once upon check-in, which is VERY important, because tap water in Cuba is something. In no case do not drink anything with ice, firstly in this climate it is useless, secondly they make it from tap water, and this is fraught with problems with your stomachs and butts - TESTED! The absence of a hair dryer and a kettle in the room (although this is, in principle, a rarity in Cuba). The absence of a normal safe in the room. There were almost always no cold drinks in all bars (with the exception of beer and rum - they were drunk, it is safer in Cuba than water, drinks)) Not the cleanest pool, although it was cleaned every day, but due to the fact that the locals are far from the cleanest people, to put it mildly, I didn't really want to swim in it. There are a large number of locals in the hotel who will pour unlimited beer into five-liter thermoses and sometimes they will have to wait. There are a lot of flies in the dining room. The food is not of the restaurant level, but it can be eaten - you will not stay hungry. The variety of food and drinks also leaves much to be desired. Sometimes the dishes ran out and had to wait around 3-5 minutes (If you come to breakfast, lunch and dinner in the very first minutes, you can avoid this problem, as well as with the queue for scrambled eggs at breakfast). Not the best cleaning of the beach , although it is barely noticeable (only after the locals have visited it ) Conclusion: In general, we are VERY satisfied with the rest. All these disadvantages are more than offset by some of the best beaches on earth, azure ocean, warm sun, local flavor, retro cars and good mood. They don't go to Cuba for the service - it's not available everywhere here. Don't think about it and get high from the rest.

It was said in advance about the modesty of the rooms, but we went specifically for impressions of the country. The food is delicious! (Because it's real!) in Cuba, it is the same everywhere, even in a hotel of 1⭐️ or 1000⭐️ Therefore, the luxury hotel was not chased. If you are used to Turkish food, then you should go to Turkey. If you are used to good hotels, then you should go to a good hotel. P.S. there was not a single Russian channel on TV. The sockets were normal. In general, we only went to the room to sleep. 🤷🏼‍♀️ To save your budget, this is a tolerable option.
